I constantly have issues, collapsing the ladder when it’s on top of the tent on top of my camper trailer I just can’t get some of the rungs to compress from the ground. I have to climb all the way up on the roof of the RV and then on the tent, perhaps a video explaining how to compress the ladder when it’s mounted on top of the vehicle would be useful also, if there’s any tips or tricks in removing the cover when it’s mounted on top of a tall vehicle like a camper trailer. Short of a step ladder, I haven’t really figured out an easy way.
