He's a classical trained in chef by right. Julia was trained at Cordon Blue In France. Notice how much faster he finishes a dish than Julia does. It's not her age, but rather that he worked in restaurants where speed was essential. They both are accomplished chefs. I had the privilege of taking lessons from Jacques and met Julia Child many times. They are why at 70 I cook today.
Same here. These are two outstanding chefs who love cooking, but also teaching at the same time. I still remember watching them on PBS every weekend. They both have a great sense of humor, which makes it fun to watch
That “baked potato” looking way of slicing open an omelette and adding your other things is, as usual, genius, compared to the overcooked American diner omelette style 🧡
Both of them top chefs. They seem to have such fun together.

May you continue to cook and enjoy good food for many years to come!
if you watch JP later shows, he makes nice reference during certain segments to something Julie would say, and then he smiles.
picture me envious, and I'm 72.
You took lessons from Jacque???? And met Julia? That’s crazy. You’re famous just by that!
It was because of them 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂 that I developed my 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕 love 💓💓💓💓💓 of cooking.
I LOVE THIS! Love love love them both

I don’t entirely miss working in a commercial kitchen, but think I could listen to a ten hour ASMR loop of Jacques chopping and sautéing
I tried Jacques’ French omelet technique and by gosh it worked like a charm.
*looks at ostrich egg*
"how are we going to open this?"
*gets out buzz saw*
I laughed so hard!🤣
The chicken got nervous.
They make me wish I had a kitchen friend to have fun with. I always feel like I’m alone in the kitchen.
I am forever amused when he vigorously shakes the pan making an omelette. I really don’t know why.
Joyful! :P
I would have made an Angel Food Cake with some of the Ostrich egg white.

Great recipes, I love eggs.
Gnostic pan!!
ALLONZ Y
this is so fun but SO commercialized. They didn't show the cooking of the ostrich egg :(
HOW DID THE OSTRITCH EGG TURN OUT? I NEED TO KNOW
Two of the best chefs in the world
They are completely wrong about storing eggs. Old school thinking!
