Yes, but find out what times they fish to. Every tournament I fish at night are 5 til 10 on week days and 6 til 2 on weekends

You should get you some running boards and put on the trailer. Makes loading the boat back on the trailer super easy. That’s what I do. I hope you see this. Some friendly boating advice. More tourney vids would be cool. My buddy is trying to get me to start doing tournaments.

Eufaula has a creek called petaula u should fish it lojo nexttime ur on it
Fish that creek that u put ur boat in at and throw a swim jig around the docks and in the grass on the bank. you can also try a chatter bait and rattletrap those work too.
Big water is hard. tournament fishing is hard. if you put the time in you will get better though.

I think you should do a tournament with your boy Noah in his neck of the woods. It could be a 2v2 match as I know he'll have Fletcher with him and you both set the rules. It'll be like 6th Sense vs. Googan which will make for some awesome content and views.

2. I caught my pb bass today!!! No official weight, but I'm guessing she was an easy 5 pounds! Potentially closer to 6. I really need a scale. She put up the best fight ever!
Try a couple more tournaments for sure. That is a nice bass boat but someone has to stay fishing the back of the boat. Just seems to me to be a more comfortable way to fish on the water. Better luck next time.
Did you see any other tournament boats while you were on the water?
Look for the boards on the trailer it will help you load the boat easer in the dark I am 14 and figured that out when my dad told me to load the boat and that is what he told me to do and I load it no problem now

Nothing will humble you like that first tournament. I would like to say that it gets better, but I’ve found every tournament since to be almost as humbling. Haha.

Yo LOJO... what if you sprayed Line-X or like Rhino liner in there bottom of your boat? You will still be able to spray it out super easily but you might not slip and bust your butt so easy because of the texture

Question:. If the ledge spots weren't working then why not the numerous bocks and boat houses directly across from you guys? Seems they would have been a prime Plan B, maybe. What it bc of your rod/reel setups or what?
how do you like the non carpet flooring as far as getting hot in the sun?
Other than finding/being on fish in tournament fishing. Most tournaments are won with exceptional time management. Know when to move. Go with your instincs, if you have good insticts. If you don't, probably not going to cash that much. Time management is key. Live in the now. Old spots and pre fishing in the morning hours for a evening tournament won't work out consistently. Also be versatile in throwing lots of different baits. In my experience getting hung up on spots that were good last week, or we won a tournament here 2 years ago, for the most part dont equat to winning you a tournament in the now, it just doesn't seem to work out. You can check them, but they will cost you time, if they ain't cooperating get the hell out of there ASAP

Don't feel bad, my first tournament we destroyed the lower unit on our motor and it was out of commission for like 6 weeks lol
