Your Googan Green Series rods have that tape measure printed on the side, you should have used that to measure the fish.

Not all professional anglers started out winning. My first tournament was on Okeechobee, in a 12' Vee Bow aluminum, no kicker, just electric trolling motor, and a metal rod and baitcaster spooled with dacron line. A red and white Bass Oreno plug, I caught a single bass, 4 pounder, but didn't look back for the next 25 years. It all starts somewhere!

Please do as many tournaments as y’all can Bc i love how it’s 2 parts to the episode, like the first is introducing the tournament and the tactics y’all are going to try to use and then the 2nd part is the actual tournament. I watched a thing where they did surveys after tournaments for 5 year's and have discovered that quite a lot of fish caught during the tournament die after being released most likely because they're cramped in the live wells

Pretty standard for the dnr to check live wells in Colorado even if you aren’t tournament fishing. They just want to make sure they’re dry so you aren’t bringing fish germs from other lakes.

I dont know much about fishing boats. But is there any way to cycle the water and get new water with the boat sill in the water and or throwing some sort of bubbler machine in there to keep them alive longer.

A great spot to fish is usually around the launch…. I’ve got a structure 100 yards from launch and the fish are thick there from all the tournaments releasing after weigh in . Y’all should try taledobend or candy lake absolute donkeys
Lojo!! Never give up! If you can do some more tournaments, do it my guy. I enjoyed watching you. But on another note, the pro’s do recon before and it would help you out to find juice holes.
