Hardest NML workout ever 😂…. I woke up sore in my upper body from yesterday and now I’m just sore all over. LOVING Metcon 100 🙌🏼. I kept thinking, I cant believe Rach and Linz filmed other workouts on the same day 😅😅😅 CANT WAIT for tomorrow guys 💪🏼

I'm still sore from day one (started late), but no excuses - and it was great! My kids always come to say hi to you, and sometimes join the workout (for a while). Thank you so much, I've gained so much strength since I started your workouts! And I gained my lost little butt back (nothing left after three kids) - looks better than ever!
I have been working out for years religiously. Started tracking my food and lifting heavy the last year, but I plateaued and gained some weight (maybe mostly muscle, since my sizes didn't go up, but it still felt bleh) and as of day 3 on this I've already lost 3 lbs again!!! Love it!
Absolutely loved today's workout! Metcon 100 has been awesome so far! Loved the new moves in circuit 2 and always love deadlifts. I was so excited to be tagged in this video on the squat with heels up part. You guys make my day! ❤
I did day 3 today since I was so sore from day 1&2. In 7 weeks of consistently working out I'm down a half inch on my right bicep, 1in on right thigh, 1in on waist and 1/2in on hips. Not much weight loss though but I’m so glad I measured. I feel stronger and I’m loving this new program. It’s challenging for me.
Oh my goodness!! This was hard, I was sore from the last 2 days! Tomorrow is definitely a rest day for this momma! Thank for making workout videos that are short but effective, very much appreciated!
That went by so quickly! I really enjoyed this workout. I am recovering from bad ligament and tendon strain (not exercise induced, a slight roll of the ankle stepping down a small ramp 2 months ago) of the left ankle so took it slow on the calf raises and the lunge holds.
Legs are so hard for me. I really had to talk myself into doing this during my morning coffee. I got it done even with 12-15 pound weights. Thanks so much for your encouragement-it makes all the difference!! And THANK YOU that these workouts are only 30 minutes 🙂
Great workout! Love that each set of squats was a bit different. The set with the elevated ankles were probably my favorite! Didn't realize how poor my ankle mobility really is until this Metcon series. Comin' after you ankles!! #Metcon100 #TeamNML
When it’s “that time of the month” and you don’t know it, so you push through anyway 😂 I switched between Rachel’s and Lindsey’s version whenever I either didn’t have the equipment that Lindsey had or just felt like it was all I could do. My 1 year old son was so happy watching me do squats this morning. I really hope he joins in with me someday
Great workout! I love the program and will be on Day 4 tomorrow. I had to wait a week since I workout at 4 EST every morning. Just used my new 20’s for this workout too. Thank you for always being so motivating and helping me be my best self. God Bless!

Just completed this leg day after my work and wow what a session this was. I was pumped up and excited to try this as a challenge for myself. Took some breaks in between but completed all those 100 squats and I am on my floor now dripping in sweat and thanking you and your team for always pushing us. Hi Lindsey (: I’ve been loving your workouts for the past 8 months and wouldn’t workout with anyone else! Loyal for life. I am very interested in hypertrophy training and wondering if you could put together a 2 week or 28 day hypertrophy training series? Longer rest times and more sets, 6-12 reps..starting with isolation moves and then going to compound moves at the end of the workout to really grow those muscles? I feel it would be a wonderful way to add even more variety to your program! Thanks for your consideration (: I ask because I only want to workout with you ladies!

I have extremely bad knees and can't do standing squats (I've had my right knee rebuilt twice, my left knee once). I can, however, do squats on my TotalGym. I adapted today's workout to use my TG. It was the first time I had done this, and it worked great. I was able to complete all the squats and complete the workout. Great leg day! Thanks!

OK. I have committed to the 2 week plan. I don't think I recovered from all the hip thrusts from day 1 yet! Today, I yelled all sorts of things. Most memorable was "no, I can't!" (even though I did) and "You're killing me!" (but I am still alive!) Holy bananas. Today was ROUGH!
I am a day late, but I happened to also wear a gray top, black pants and white shoes. Definitely had to change after the workout - got my sweat equity on!! 30:51
