One of my absolute favourite rides. Everything about it - music, theme. I love the Jack Sparrow stuff. Think I prefer the Disneyland Paris queue and start of the ride but they both smell the same!! This was excellent. Felt like I was actually on the ride. 🏴☠️
Same here! I also like Jack Sparrow, I personally love all the Pirates movies but I understand why many people miss the original version of the ride. The Disneyland Paris version looks amazing! I hope I can ride that one day. Thanks for watching as always 😃

I admit to being biased: Love for the Pirates ride, and admiration for 4K's work. But, this was fun, and it made me feel I was there. After watching 4K's video of Disneyland Pirates, I feel WDW cut a lot of corners when building this version. Regardless, it was an enjoyable video and was filmed in the usual high-quality style. Thanks for your work!
I have rode this at Disneyland and Disney World and I like Disneyland's version better. The opening here is way more authentic to colonial Spanish rule of the Caribbean. The Disneyland version looks like a New Orleans mansion (being that attraction is in New Orleans Square). And at first you pass through a Lousiana Bayou, which was confusing to me.
I do kind of wish there were throwback variations of this ride as it's changed over the decades. I still love this one but it's hard not to think of the version I rode when I was a kid, haha.
That camera flash gets me every time, except for the last time I rode Pirates! LOL! I put my head down that way I could actually see the rest of the ride. LOL I wish that WDW mirrored what Disneyland has for Pirates. But, none the less, it is still a great ride! Thank you for an awesome video 4K! =)
The reason it's not as good is because when disney world in florida opened there was no pirates of the caribbean ride and People were mad because everyone loved it in disneyland in california so they ever so quickly built the ride in florida and opened it as a last minute slap together so in turn it was shorter and not as detailed
I love this channel and especially the walk arounds! I just wish you didn’t cut out as much as you do on your edits of the ride. I’d love to just see this rides play out in real time. Thanks for what you do though. My kids and I love watching your content.
The pirates in magic Kingdom has a small drop but the one disneyland California has a considerable drop long enough to make you feel butterflies in your stomach and best part it's not just one drop but two!!!! That's why I prefer the west coast pirates over this one.
A I sit here at work waiting for next assignment and no summer vac plans this puts a smile on my face and helps me get through this pandemic. Will be planning a trip to Walt Disney World sometime next year.
Man I still remember dressing up as a Pirate as a kid. Such memories! I never even went on this ride but I really want to check this out, well after when this pandemic is over.
I remember this ride very well while growing up as a kid,over the years as I got older and learned the book and the movie did not go together well so changes were made to make things right even so after 911 and other negativity in our lives the ride became a little more tame but still good none the less
I did originally film most of the queue, but the music playing in the queue is copyrighted and UA-cam always flags it😩 what’s weird is the music throughout the entire ride isn’t copyrighted, but the queue music is

Just went on this ride last week. Such an amazing classic. I live in Seattle and flew to Florida to do magic kingdom and Universal. Best trip. Disneyland in Cali is not the same...Don't care what anyone says....Florida got the best stuff
Disneyland pirates is superior in every way haha what🤣🤣 it has two drops vs 1 in world and nearly twice the length on the ride time. Not to mention it has the blue bayou which is wayyyyyy better than the launch point in world. You are a clown 🤡🤣

If you have Disney +, watch Behind the Attraction, it's very interesting. Fun fact, they did not intend to make a Pirates'... in Disney World, but many people were disappointed in the fact that there was no Pirates'...ride, so they built one there as well.
For me I love the Disney world version more but that’s because I grew up with it , but I think the majority of people will say the California one is better
Hands down the one in California nothing beats the scene of the bayou with the fire flies on one side and the blue bayou restaurant on the other and the old man in his rocking chair playing the banjo followed by that drop!!!
How is it that Pirates at Disney World feel so much smaller than at Disneyland where space is at far more of a premium? I mean the queue is better for sure, but the ride itself is missing a lot of stuff compared to the DL version.
Because your video uses a reasonable watermark, not some huge gaudy eyesore - I'm subscribing and sharing with my family and friends. It pays to NOT be douchey like most of the other WDW video channels.
Great 5K video. Not grainy in low light with decent contrast and not blown out or over exposed. It's hard to find good video of this ride in 1080p let alone 4K+. Curious as to what camera was used and if color grading was involved.
Your color settings are off on your camera, not accurate. I worked at WDW and was present during venue construction. Great attraction, and I have special memories of my time there. Also spent time in haunted mansion after park hours. Great special effects.

Haha im sorry! I don’t think there is a camera, other than maybe a legit Hollywood professional camera, that can do 5K 60fps and not over heat. I tested the Blackmagic 6k that can do 6K 50fps but the camera would overheat and shut off after like 10-15 mins every time. It was really annoying to me but i hope soon there will be a camera that can handle 60fps on 5K and 6K without overheating. I’ll still be uploading 4K 60fps again soon, I just decided to test filming in 5K 30fps for about a week to see how I like it

My niece just came back from Disney World and said they took out the Hologram of Davy Jones. It looked liked you were going thru water. I remember that and thought it was really good. Anyone know why?
Yea they removed that over a year ago i think. I was pretty disappointed as well. I think they are trying to remove some of the movie references in the ride. I’m not sure why though
