    Kudos to you for surviving a side-to-side during the busiest travel day without express walk-off during your first leg. We haven't done a side-to-side, but we have made the mistake of packing our travel documents. Having to publicly search through luggage to find them was embarrassing. Great tips, fam!

      Hey fam, thanks for watching! I too have had to dig through bags for my travel docs…so embarrassing! Express walk off would have saved me from so much headache. I won’t make that mistake again, lol

    I would recommend booking your side by side at the same port. We did it last November. We were able to walk from Princess terminal to Royal Caribbean. Had plenty of time to stop at Starbucks along the way. Fortunately the Princess ship had self serve laundry so that cut down on what we had to pack.

    • @TeamReeseTravels
      @TeamReeseTravels  3 місяці тому

      That is great advice. And yes to self serve laundry. I hate that the newer ships are doing away with that. Thanks for watching!

    In the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, you can also use the Brightline train between places…spring for the higher class tickets and you also get access to the lounges and transport/transfers as part of your ticket - totally worth it (including if you are transferring to/from an airport at the start or end of your train trip. Stressless and easy!

      @@TeamReeseTravels I'm coming in on a t/a in October into Miami and having an overnight before I fly home to New Zealand the next day - flight-wise looks like I'll be heading out of Fort Lauderdale (and yeah, I am totally a planner), so I've been looking at all my options, particularly as the NZ dollar to US dollar ratio is almost 2:1 at the moment and it HURTS having to pay everything out!
