  • If you have a tight garage space like I do, maneuvering your camper into place can be quite challenging. I suggest using a tow dolly like my Harbor Freight one. So much easier!

Thanks a bunch, I bought this one about a month ago and so glad that I did. Now I can easily move my Aliner Chalet around in any direction in my garage.

But don’t try it with anything bigger than an Aliner Scout. Might as well get a wheel for the tongue jack, just as easy to push the camper around with that.

Good tip.. Thanks.. I'm able to move it pretty well with just the wheel, but sometimes it takes me a couple of pushes.

I had to try something else. I have to jockey back and forth many times to get close to the wall and the original front wheel fought me all the way. The dolly is FAR easier.

@@Dean-In-Milwaukee I hear that. Sometimes it takes me 3 times or so going back and forth. Depends on how I do pulling in.. but I suck backing in.. so more often than not takes me longer than it should.

Great tip Dean! I am wondering if that hurts your back at all....? Does it have the same type pressure and putting a dolly under a fridge or other large appliance? Thanks.

Not at all. Lifting the tongue up very easy, can be done with one hand. Pushing the camper around is a little harder just because there's 1500 lbs to get rolling. Still pretty easy though.

No, I only need it for my garage. It would work outside though if you need it.
