Does anyone else put their lead to one side of the bag? Good little tip as it ensures your bag lands lead side down and have your bait on the other side of the rig. Nick a little hole where your bait is to ensure it comes out neatly and perhaps some stuck mix (powder) around where the hook is to make sure you don’t end up with any small pellet that may get caught on the end of a sharp hook point - it’s unlikely, but better than sat behind your rods with that doubt in your mind. I’m sure we all get that feeling at times 😂🤔
Also in the hope of not undermining anyone, when using stringers, leave a small gap between each bait as otherwise the pva cannot melt resulting in a line of boilies.
great video lads - I like to watch your videos as you’re very clear and accurate!! You had a good start though and I find your tutorials are cool.
It’d be great if you guys did matches against each other (like curly and Luke do - carpology)
Either counting weight or numbers of fish for 24 hours showing us different tactics and rigs - hey, every day is a school day right. Love your content.

Great video, this got me into mesh PVA fishing for the backwaters for barbel, without a doubt I had instant results.
It’s not for fast flowing rivers but for what I needed it for, slow flowing back waters under the trees, it worked a treat.
    Thanks guys. 👍

Great tutorial.. A couple of tips for you with stringers from an old timer... :-) Try and leave a gap between the boilies on the stringer tape.. (especialy in the winter) as it helps the PVA melt.. and you can loop the end of th stinger back round and hook it onto the hook to make for an easer distance cast ... Loving what you guys do... keep em comming :0)

Hi Lads 😊 A thoroughly enjoyable and informative video as always. I was wondering if you get the time what with your busy schedule ect. Could you please do a tutorial on fishing for Carp from a river? What rigs/baits/line strength ect have worked well for you? The fish I'm targeting have probably never seen a hook before, the river is the upper part of the Thames (Oxford area) Plenty of time as I probably won't be out again at night until the Spring, although I may practice during the daytime if the weather's fine 👍🤗. Many thanks Rich.

    Hi Carl Hi Alex
Watched all your videos I just wanted to try get some help and guidance on setting this rig up correctly
I’ve got a dark leader core, I’ve got a guru 7.5poz bomb weight or I could buy an in line core shot but what’s best hook side - size 8? It’s just the dark leader core that’s bit confusing as I’ve not got the in line core weight just a guru bomb ledger type thing - I know I should make my own hair rigs but terrible short distance eye sight and I’m terrible at knots so easier for me to buy pre made - I bet if I find any they will be brade
I’m also bit confused on clips and sheaths / beads etc
Any help or new vid you could possibly do for people tying this rig for first time
