In this video we look at the awesome world of downhill, we all want to do it and most of us are too afraid. Its the F1 of mountain biking for many, as the races are like going to a rock concert watching your heroes race down a hill very fast.

Has downhill evolved further than any other discipline do we think? In terms of the bikes and the terrain they ride them down?

@@SteveKimbo it’s hard to measure but it usually has its heart very close to motocross technology’s so I can definitely seen massive progression. I could talk for hours about the progress and regress. Thanks for watching
