Remember, this is in California and the only charges the cops can use is vandalism, but I'm not sure if that constitutes vandalism but definitely damages. Since the damage is less than $950.00, that's only a citation and release. So that cops were right, nothing to arrest him for.

Clearly he was trying to break into the house but didn't succeed. Remember, this is in California and the only charges the cops can use is vandalism, but I'm not sure if that constitutes vandalism but definitely damages. Since the damage is less than $950.00, that's only a citation and release. So that cops were right, nothing to arrest him for.
