COTTONMOUTH: Custom Hood Cleaning / Mobile Wash Van Install-3500 PSI, 8 GPM Hot Washer- 2 Gun System

A van install that packs a lot of punch - the COTTONMOUTH! This customer came to us with a 2021 Ram 2500 Pro Master and needed an build they could use for hood cleaning. This build starts with a 3500 PSI, 8 GPM hot water pressure washer, plumbed to be used as either a single gun system at 3500 PSI, 8 GPM or a two gun system with both users at 3500 PSI, 4 GPM and a 200 gallon water tank. Towards the back of the van, we installed 3 electric rewind Titan hose reels and premium hose guides for the inlet, and both high pressure lines, (2) 35 gallon soap tanks, a soap injector bypass remote, and downstream soap manifold all mounted on a 48"x48" aluminum pallet for easy install and removal. This customer also opted to have the chemical and slip resistant, diamond plate textured flooring installed, and an EZ Winterize system implemented on his build as well.
