I totally totally respect the fact that you are a vegan I am trying but I still eating turkey chicken and fish but I'm including a lot of vegetables into my diet really love your video thank you so much God bless
Thanks! still, I believe in quality over quantity;) This one btw is actually: milesss from home in south-eastern Germany, not particularly in the backyard:p
This is a really good quality video, the camera work was great with good angles and editing etc. It’s good to see a fellow vegan outdoors showing that it’s not difficult to make tasty and healthy vegan meals when camping/bushcrafting. Well done for being a good example and not ‘preaching’ which usually just ends up having the opposite effect. I look forward to what’s to come. Any chance you could do a short tutorial on those knots? 👍
I would suggest you check out this knots on Paul Kirtley' s channel, he already did great explanations;) Thanks a lot and recieve support from a fellow vegan:)
YES it's finally out. Love your vids. Keep it up. Big future planned ahead for you guys. Love when youtubers put time, effort and quality into their videos.
Love all of your stuff! Thank you for adding the knot names.... I usually just tie all of my knots like shoe laces so it'll be nice to be able to use functional knots on my endeavors!
You guys release such good content, people are click baiting and doing whatever they can to make money, but you guys are just natural, I love the fact I can just come to one of your videos to relax and watch, it’s so calming, this is my favourite channel by far on you tube, you deserve more subscribers likes and views, thank you 🙏
I'm an artist and love that you show your beautiful surroundings. Would you mind if I use images I see in your video as painting inspiration? I'm also interested in bushcraft and survival knowledge. Love your videos. Thanks
Hey, man,, I love my little trangia, also, without a doubt the easiest way to light it is with a fire steel,,!! It's hard to see if it's actually lit, due to the clean burning flame,.. I love a good bacon sandwich, or fried egg sandwich, cooked in this way,,, (not for vegans, ha ha ) Great solo outing video,, Hope Dylan can match it, ha ha,, all the best buddy,,,
Nice comment John:) Carlos Jose also suggested to heat the stove a little bit with your hands first, before igniting, that sounds like a great tip! See you around:) :)
Hey could you do a tutorial on how to make Twine for beginners and how to make a bow drill for beginners. I have look at the videos but it’s still quite hard to understand the true basics in ur videos. Still my favorite UA-cam channel!
I think many of those techniques are also properly explained by other youtubers;) But we will try to integrated in some videos. Thanks for your input!:)
So going all the way back to Basic training my drill sgt taught us to run a second line through our shelter , then using a couple of notched sticks have it lower than the first line and then hanging our coat and or a light blanket from it just over our sleeping bag to create a tent within a tent for warmth
I really love your videos. This week I went into a random forest in my area and turns out there is a massive lake in the middle, It was gorgues (sorry for spelling) So Me and my cousin decided to do some survival there, We didn't sleep there but it was a lot of fun.
So I read in the Live Chat that this video is shot in Bavaria and since I live there and do know forests that look like this I would be interested in where exactly you were camping (like a nearby city or anything). Awesome video btw, I just love your channel so much because no one can communicate the calm of nature better than you do. Thank you for what you are doing!
Yeah, quite crazy long indeed. Gues the tanglia was boiling an amount of water (1.2 L) close to its capacity. But if you cook a little less, it works actually pretty decent:)
Hey there Rick!:) A Panasonic GH5, the camera is definitely the restricted factor in the content making;) Also brought a sOny X3000r action cam. Happy with the camera set up:)
Hey guys, has anyone here got experience with the Trangia triangle as a micro wood burner / stove? I got one but I’m a bit concerned if continuous fire would ruin it
Nice to see you back how long have been a vegan and regards the beech nuts we usually crack them open with our teeth the old way ps at least no midgets 😃😃 looking foreword to the next one 👍👍👍. J
Trangia burner should be lower to generate more heat, or atleast I have found it works better that way :D In the winter you might need to "boil" the fuel before it lights up. Not much use for you guys, but a small tip for not-so hardcore bushcrafters out there
You need to heat it up in the cup with a small fire, some twigs or a lighter. Had this problem in the army that my sinol wouldn't light at -23°c temperature
Soaking wet Autumn Survival coming up next week Friday!;) (Noon EST/5pm GMT/18:00 CET)
Smooth Gefixt check out Bushboddy stove
Nice camping :)
I notice that you tie the cordage in a way that doesn't hurt the tree. Good job! Thank you from all us tree huggers out there :)
You guys should do a video where you both go out looking for food and you have to make a meal and you each have different cooking equipment
Cool plan! Will note it down
If you put one piece of dry grass in the Trangia and let it soak in the alcohol it will ignite instantly with the striker. Love your videos.
I totally totally respect the fact that you are a vegan I am trying but I still eating turkey chicken and fish but I'm including a lot of vegetables into my diet really love your video thank you so much God bless
Thanks John! Also great that you're into it yourself. Keep it up friend!:)
My type of camping doesn't usually consist of creating a shelter or forging for food... I'ma baby
Keep up the great work! :)
Glad to see another video. Julius is always positive. Unstoppable machine!
:) :)
Yesss!! Keep posting video guys, we don't mind with small project in backyard
Thanks! still, I believe in quality over quantity;) This one btw is actually: milesss from home in south-eastern Germany, not particularly in the backyard:p
@@SmoothGefixt oh man, we subscribe you because of the quality of your content. We are sure you can make something high quality even in the backyard.

Great to hear your entousiasme!:)
If you warm the alcohol stove with your hands before light it on, became easier to light it with the ferrorod
Great tip! Thanks a lot:)

Are there any dangerous berries that could be mistaken for blueberries?
Neh, blueberries are so typical, the small bushes in the understory. Good luck!:)
Hey guys, has anyone here got experience with the Trangia triangle as a micro wood burner / stove? I got one but I’m a bit concerned if continuous fire would ruin it
Seems to be a little toooo small for that;) But I have no experience with it. Cheers!
@@SmoothGefixt thanks for the reply, guys. It just looks much like the same product. Maybe ill risk testing it out ;)

Boil the fuel? How does that work:p
You need to heat it up in the cup with a small fire, some twigs or a lighter. Had this problem in the army that my sinol wouldn't light at -23°c temperature
