What energy you have. Reminds me of me about 50 yrs ago. To heck with it, let’s take that thing down the mountain. Yippy ki Yay. Pretty work Michelle!❤
Drone footage: A+ Story telling: A+ Additional videography: A+ Voice work: A+ Weaving A commercial into the video in such a way that it makes a commercial enjoyable: A+ Humor: A+ Being delightful in every way: A+ Bonus score: +10,000 points For sliding a sofa in a box 500 feet down a mountain in deep snow and teaching the rest of us mortals that anything is possible. Thanks!
the first three minutes of your intro were incredible... you are a filmmaker.... and then .....you keep amazing me & Im sure all of your fans... Your drone footage is amazing !!! But was even more impressive is filming yourself while getting your couch down to the cabin.... you are amazing !!!!
@@hufferbillypaw me too! I kept marveling at the fact that she had to ski down, set the camera, go back up, then ski down again to capture the vid! Amazing!
I fell in love with you all over again. Most of the time you are awesomely competent, but then ... no chain saw, no snow shovel, wet pants! But getting that couch down to the cliff cabin was a sheer piece of super women! Just amazing. And the blue ski suit might be tight, but my word it is very elegant!
I am SPEECHLESS!! I stopped the Video at 3 minutes... Stunning!! an Opus Magnum GIFT to all of us!! my God, Michy!! That first 3 minutes and the Camera angles, Drone, Music choice... wow... you have hit Major League HOMERUN... I promise to watch the rest of the Video...THANKYOU.. I am Not Worthy ... :)
Michy Content Gold. MVP to The Box for staying together in conditions it was never meant for. When I first saw the size + shape of The Box getting loaded in the truck, I thought, "Great. Michy is going to have a big screen TV down at The Cabin so she can watch DVDs of The Carol Burnett Show like Steve watches Hogan's Heroes." 🤣
What a beautiful video! The music choices the drone video the editing....just the most beautiful and relaxing moments. Lots of work went into this one and it shows. Thanks for all you do❤
As long as trees are falling short of your cabin and not dropping them to matchwood think yourself fortunate that the tree spirits are on your side , know what an effort its been to build it and are helping you in their own special ways. Least that is my thinking Michelle .
A very fine start to Sunday morning, and coffee. The “scenery” was absolutely stunning, glad the trees missed the fort cabin. And I’m glad to see the cliff cabin again and no damage there. The views at the cliff are always beautiful! This has been a very entertaining video. Thank you for sharing this with us 🙂
Before I was a cattle rancher and horse trainer. I used to live in the California mountains the Sierras. I had a list inside my truck kind of like a pilot check off list because I was surrounded by my friend who all flew. So I don’t forget like a chainsaw, shovel fuel oil. When living and work in the snow like driving two hours to get to the mountain cabin always had a overnight gear blanket heater. I too brought my dogs so dog food water bowls. I found it very helpful. Thank you for listening to me.
Oh boy, yet another fun adventure, following your exploits in BC. The couch looks perfect in there, certainly worth all the fun getting it in place. I love the fact that you face adversity with a great challenge in your spirit. Might be a good idea to leave a change of clothes in the cliff cabin for those times when you needed dry clothes. Keep up the good work, Michelle.
TY Michy , your vids are the best thing all day, and your determination to get the couch into cliffside is an epic tale of clever female ways ; work smarter, not harder , we'll just ski it down on the snow, brilliant ! Nice choice of couch too. I'd likely still be clearing , and rigging the sky line , while you would be already set up with the couch, brilliant ! -TY for such winter fun. ;)
That was a fun video to watch while I had breakfast here in Minnesota. I had a few laughs with the couch. You maintained a great attitude (at least on camera) through all the hurdles.
Ahhh, late Fall in the West Kootenays. Thank you for the views of my beloved A lake and the frosted trees all about. A Herculean effort, wrestling the couch down the trail to the cabin -- it never seems so at the time, but it will be worth it. Cheers from a displaced Castlegar guy, now in the Willamette Valley, Or.
Your videos are so wonderful and professional!! I enjoy every minute of them. Vicariously enjoying the Canadian winter as I head to Florida. Thank you for all the work you put into everything that you do!!!! ❤❤
Thank Michelle for another wonderful Sunday morning, enjoyed my coffee watching another delightful video. I wish you a delightful day and a wonderful week.
This video was very entertaining to watch, your determination is amazing, thank you. And that's how I've been thinking about Christmas presents myself.
OOOO comeon ..... This must NO this is the best youtube video i have seen for a very long time!!!!!! It's like a winter wonderland in your backyard. Truly God country!!! WOW
Snow changes habits. You have to take into account climatic conditions before undertaking travel or work. I didn't realize it because I don't know these conditions climate in my area. Thank you Michèle for sharing. See you soon 🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💋
I guess where there is a will there is a way. I love how you figure out a way to position the camera so that you can take us along. Was fun sliding down the hill! You should have just sat on the box and road it like a toboggan. Just kidding. Thanks Michy! Stay safe please!!
Lots to clean up at the fort! So relieved you didn't get hurt taking your Christmas Couch to the cabin! I admire your preserverance..love your channel❤
You know what, the content in the film, while watching yous and the dogs is 👍 but when the intro is so dynamic with the rest moulding into the scenes it so 👍👍 good and funny 😆
It is so nice where you live, and that cliff cabin is so remote that you must use an old railroad bed and converted bridge for cars to get there. Where there's a will, there's a way seems to fit your situation in getting that couch to the cabin. "Over the river and through the woods..." down steep sloping cliff sides, over fallen trees, but she does it just in time for tea. (Tea sounds better than noodles) Just another day in the life, another story, for Michygoss.
You deserve a reward from UA-cam for your editing skills. Ah that's why you look so healthy and stress free, it's delete me!😊 I can't believe you got that sofabed down there!!
i recommend you eventually look into bringing up a licensed faller because from my experience i can see few big issues that i can say most likely your not going to want to tackle yourself. and it would make sense because safety is everything and it will clean up the area nicely afterwards and will do the forest good as well 🙂.
You are an amazing videographer! I really appreciate how much work and effort is involved with the multiple camera shots and camera retrievals with all these scenes. The drone shots are amazing as well. The hot tub yoga cracked me up!
Hi Michelle, Steve, Pups 🐶 🐾 and 🐈⬛ too 😊👋🏻 Thank you Michelle, Luna for a beautiful video, great work my friend! 👍🏻 Thankful the cliff cabin is ok 👍🏻 Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas 🎄 and Happy New Year my friends 🙂 Appreciate you always 🙏🏼 God Bless
Beautiful and so wonderful having that amazing forest as your yard to play in. I always look forward to your videos and ideas. Oh Dear heart you are so entertaining. Awesome couch. My first build begins this spring in NB. I’ve got 40 acres on the Bay of Fundy to play in. Maybe a saw mill is in my future. Have a great week!
Need a check on the steering wheel, Snow: chain saw, shovels, etc. I assume that trestle used to be for a railroad. Is there another way to your cabins should anything happen to it. It does look really photogenic in the snow. Runaway couch has a mind of it's own. So determined to make things happen.
Tight, nice thumbnail too! I have the same bc boots. You’re killing me, we have no snow here in PA yet. Looks good there! Just blown snow at the lift service places & they’re just getting started. Where’s the tele turns(?)! Crap more trees at the new build.
Question: Do YOU consider your video editing/production skills to be superior to your project building/problem solving skill? And which do you enjoy more? I think they are both quite extraordinary. Especially love the drone footage. Bravo.
Good morning Michele, excellent video today! I really enjoyed watching you and your box go down the mountain. I don’t think I’ve laughed so hard in a long time! Thanks for the entertainment. PS; the stone behind your woodstove looks amazing! Great job as always.
That bridge is so cool. That’s gotta be kind of exhilarating driving across like you do. Thanks for video. As always, we enjoyed it! Merry Christmas from MN USA.
As I watched you struggle with that box down the mountain, I kept thinking of the line from Young Frankenstein…”could be worse, could be raining“. Glad it didn’t! Great little video!
I live in Montana (USA) and I’ve been cross-country skiing once… I know it’s sacrilege😂. I would love one of your amazing and insightful videos about the gear you and Steve use and why, as your snow and terrain seems similar to ours here. BTW, loved the hot tub yoga.😊
