You can prepare Chicken Parmesan ahead of time and keep it frozen in your freezer for those busy weeknights when you might be tempted to head to a restaurant instead of eating at home. That way, you'll have a delicious dinner ready to go into the oven and save money. What's not to like about that?
Chicken Parmesan is an excellent freezer meal to make ahead. It freezes well and maintains its delicious flavor. So buy some boneless chicken breasts on sale and be sure to have plenty of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on hand. That way you can make several batches of this delicious dinner for those busy weeknights when you are tempted to go out for dinner.
