Jamie loves her so much he was willing to let her go not only once but twice, this time and when the Culloden war was about to begin. Here, Claire realized Jamie was her true love.
Great scene. Jamie's look at the end is heartbreaking. He's so close to tears and anxious to get away because he doesn't know how much longer he can hold them off. Probably also worried he'll change his mind and start persuading her to stay.
Jamie always wanted to take Claire to lallybroch since the day he met her and he loved her so much that he preferred her happiness before his, I don't know how Jamie felt knowing that Claire still she was married to Frank and took her to stones. but Claire knew about Frank and she wasn't even 5% as strong as she felt for Jamie and how happy she felt with him, that's why she went back with him. definitely my fave episode
‘Outlanders’ leading characters Jamie & Claire are still Captivating after six seasons, this scene at the standing stones always leaves me breathless, to see that it is tearing Jamie apart having to let Claire go to her own time as he now loves her more than life itself! It’s such a relief when she decides to return to him where he has camped for the night, and calmly said take me home Jamie! meaning Lallybroch, these remarkable actors leave me stunned at every turn, thanks 🙏 for sharing these precious memories with us, 🥰
He loves Claire so much that he wants to send her back to her time, even persuading her that a home and Frank are waiting for her on the other side. It must have broken his heart to bring her to the Standing Stones, yet he secretly gave her a choice, sleeping by the campfire in the faintest hope that she would choose him. You're so right Bernice, it's these two actors Sam and Caitriona who play every scene so stirring that we are enraptured over and over again.🥰🥰
@@GalwayGirl1 have watched ‘Outlander’ dozens of times over the years, and J.& C. are still mesmerising, how many movies can you say that about! this scene at the standing stones, just moves me to tears 😭 we will all be crying a river, before Outlander is over🥲 only four more days before the tissues are required! 🥰
This scene was so 😔 that it made me cry 😢 😭 but when she deleted to stay everyone was happy 😊 too bad that Claire had to return to her own time; if this was me I would NEVER have left Jamie. Their lives were so changed when she finally went home and they were so undeniably in love with each other.
I'd like that too but to be honest it would be a disaster for the story. The whole thing is that Jamie can't travel. That Jamie belonges to his time. That all the difficulties through the years existed just becaue he couldn't travel. If they chage that, I think it'll be just off.
Those micro facial expressions on his face showing his pain and despair when she can't see him... Heart wrenching 🥺 And yet he still manages to smile to her... "There's nothing for you on this side..." That line destroyed me because this is so not true 💔 Everything for her is on this side of stones. And there's also the crying in his sleep, not his usual smile. Sam's acting is off the charts here. Superb 👌
This moment, the choice she makes and this episode's ending is the perfect ending for me. I inagine they went to Lallybroch to live and start a family. A tough life in the Highlands of 1746, but happily ever after. At least that is what I imagine as long as there is no final ending in the books.
Jamie hizo un gran acto de generosidad, apostó fuerte, y Claire fue la mujer más valiente de la historia, porque quedarse el siglo XVIII no lo hace cualquiera 😉
lol it always makes me laugh every time Jamie draws his sword in this scene.....like it's going to help against the magical powers of the stones something lol
I used to go to a secure mental hospital to do work in Inverness, that was call Craig Dunain. Nearby was the site of an ancient Celtic rock hillfortress from where I'm guessing the hospital derived its name. The hospital closed decades ago, is now a private housing development. I sometimes wonder about Craig na Dun and that old pile of stones on the hill behind Inverness, if perhaps there was an embrionic connection to Outlander?
I stopped watching after this episode .. I mean okay she fell in love with Jamie ... But why would someone want to leave their time and live in ancient past ... She also had loved Frank and was dying to go to him .. but then what happened suddenly ?
we have to remember that she lived during 2ww, she was used to live during difficult times, plus she and frank spend 6 years apart, separated by war, they were like strangers when they went on their secend honymoon. We know from the books that she spend 6 months in the past, she was not sure if the stones will work again, so maybe it is better to stay with a man who really loved her and would do anything for her?

I cried like I've never cried before that he did that for her, love at the highest level anybody can love, bringing her there giving her that choice.
I miss this season. Scotland and their young and passionate love story.
I'm wondering : Could the writters find a way to give Jamie the ability to time travel ?? Cause I would really like to see him in the future 😅😁
Yesss i feel like it would be so funny because he was so shocked to see like the needles and the bikini bree wore
yes pleaaaaase!!!
@Angi N. : Unfortunately, he doesn't have the time travel genes :(

@@sd0088 Yes !
My favorite scene. Its like in titanic when jack takes rose to the boats and she jumps off the boat. This is love.
My heart always skips a beat when she is about to touch them while explaining and he just grabs her hands and holds her close.
I love this scene!! It is a great proof of his true love for her. And this action is what makes her realise the depth of her love for him♥️
One of my favorite scenes, 😍😍 sometimes you love someone so much that you have to let them go❤️❤️❤️

"On your feet, soldier". Claire chose her home with Jamie ❤
This scene tears my heart out!
I love this and that she chooses Jamie and not frank!
everyone except Frank
@@doyoupedal483 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I feel bad for laughing but still .
Who wouldn't?! 😅
you guys forget to not cut the scene where Claire goes back to Jamie in the camp, that realize she's falling in love with Jamie

I think it’s to prepare in case the redcoats come 😂
I have a doubt Brianna knows of the existence of Faith? In the series I think they never mention it
He is the only one who believes her
I wish i can find a man loves me like this
This always makes me cry like a baby 😢 😭
Cette série wouah UNE VRAIE RÉUSSITE 😻

Craig Dunain was an ancient vitrified fort. Clava Cairns has small standing stones quite near Culloden battlefield.
Episode 11 & 12 are my favorite episodes.
Maravillosa escena, maravillosa 💞
OMG I love this Jamie character, so which there were more like him in real life. Love him so much maarn ❤

In the first episode,a man in Scottish clothes look at Claire, which is not explained.
Amo esse casal ❤️😘
Господи, дай мне сил не умолять ее остаться. Где же взять этих сил, Джейми .
Are those stones real? If so how did they get there?
The hill is real
The stones are not
❤️❤️❤️❤️

Because Jamie is better than Frank.
I mean, just look at Jamie❤❤😂
After meeting Jack Randall, I would not go back to Frank either 😂

It’s Jamie’s ghost
