- Are you ready for your first colonoscopy? In the USA it’s recommended to get screened for colon cancer, starting at age 45 or sooner if you have a family history of colon cancer. Talk to your doctor to learn more! #colorectalcancer #coloncancer #colonoscopy
This is great to help with medical anxiety
Thats definitely my hope!
It really is. Not being told what is happening or when it will happen has been the cause of so much medical trauma. I warn nurses now that if you try to surprise poke me with an IV, i WILL reflexively flinch my arm or punch you. All I ask is that they fucking give me a 1 2 3 poke. Thats all I ask. And some of them are STILL surprised when I move 💀
@@Doc_SchmidtGod I wish I could afford anesthesia, my health is in incredibly bad shape but I have pain hypersensitivity and I'm on autism spectrum and I just can't force myself to go and endure any procedures, especially dental ones, I'm just 23 and I barely have any tooth left, because analgesia doesn't work on me, I'm also highly dependent on opioids due to my chronic pains, I'm scared for state of my health but I can't do anything about it, I'm also just getting out of homelessness and I'm 23, yo disabled trans girl, it's just hell. And I'm not even from us, healthcare in my country is straight from the ninetees and unless you have money it's just butchery
Now we just need to get insurance companies to lower the age that you get your first routine colonoscopy. Colorectal cancers are soaring amongst younger people. I have stage four colon cancer and I was diagnosed at 35.
I am so sorry.
It’s difficult because there weren’t clear guidelines. I was lucky and got approved at 35 so now I’m locked in got every five years.
Best of luck to you and hope all goes well for you
My doctor ordered colonoscopies for me for pretty much everything. I had my first at 28 and second a year later
I got my first at 20 due to family history and also them wanting to see if my seemingly untreatable constipation was an issue with my colon.
I put a note written with "WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH YOU ABOUT YOUR CAR'S INSURANCE" between my butt cheeks before my last colonoscopy (in a small Ziploc). Had the whole room laughing.
At my last colonoscopy, just as I was going under, I heard both docs laugh- loud!-because I slurred, “Well, boys, have fun!”
I bet your fun@parties🙃
Hi I have about 5.colonoscopy .the bowel prep is the worst part it taste.like something very sour. .
😂😂😂😂
I've had 5 before 40 due to autoimmune issues. The prep is the worst and it's just one day. I've even had them without any anesthesia and it's not that bad (genetic issue with anesthesia, that milk of amnesia does nothing).
What was worse was watching my coworker refuse to get one when she was pooping blood. She ended up unconscious at work one day in a puddle of blood and diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. I watched her lose her job, her house, her life saving all to medical bills
I watched her suffer through chemo and radiation for over a year and lost out on meeting her grandchildren. Flight as it spread to her brain and other organs. She still died. All because she refused 2 days of being uncomfortable, she suffered for over a year and died, begging that death would come soon. It's been 4 years and I still cry over her preventable death. Please go to get your colonoscopy! Two days of being uncomfortable is worth your own life and your life in your friends' and family's lives as well.
OmG ...just sweetly pass over the most diff part...THE PREP.
If we could only have the meds given during the procedure during the prep....so many more of us would get the procedure
I think the most difficult part is the chat about you having colon cancer tbh...... But that isn't for the vast majority so yeah I guess the prep is bad.
Srsly, the prep is the worst part, the procedure itself is a cake walk! (Source: have had over 7 colonoscopies due to having Crohn's)
what do yo have to do in the prep
The prep was grand for me but after 2 showers and 2 linen changes through the night I'm going for a man nappie next time
I have had two. Honestly the prep and getting the IV in are the worst of it, it's really important and it's not as bad as everyone thinks it is. Just do it.
I know. Thanks for the push 🙏
What are the bad parts of the prep and IV?
Depending on the prep, it can be an overwhelming amount of fluid to drink in a limited amount of time. Then there's the 'end' results of drinking the prep. IV's can be a challenge as some patients don't have the greatest veins.
I'm more scared of the procedure itself. I won't be under general anesthesia, so I'll be awake and from what I've heard from my mum and uncle it is an extremely painful process
@@athenatanyimin4035 There is no reason it would be painful. Even awake they will give meds that will make you comfortable and keep it pain free. Best example I could give you might know is having dental work where you don't feel pain after they have given you some medication and it takes effect but you may be aware of what they are up to.
I work in a pharmacy, and one of the items people pick up the least often are colonoscopy preps. Get your procedure done you guys! They save lives!
Haha I like to think the reason for this is that the prescriptions are given months in advance of the procedure, so the patient doesn’t need it quite yet.
Mine was over the counter so no need to go thru the pharmacy. I'm getting my first colonoscopy done later today.
I dont want the dr to rupture my colon and i die.
@@lc-il6wrthere is legitimately a 99.9 percent chance or 99.6 percent chance this won’t happen. Would you rather have colon cancer and die?? Also you can potentially sue if this does happen. Not getting a life saving procedure bc of a 0.1-0.4 percent chance of something happening is insane.
For my last one at my local hospital in Ontario, Canada they gave me a medicine to help me relax and a very strong pain medicine, and because I process meds funny (yay genetics 🙄) I remember some of it, but it didn't hurt. Worst part was the IV, and it's because I'm an oddball there too. I'm thready, so I told my nurse I didn't mind her putting it in a more sensitive spot if needed because I know that vein is decently big. And it was barely even uncomfortable!
Next time I'm considering making consumé jello jigglers from plain gelatin so it seems like I'm eating savoury food.
10/10, would do again because it's *way* better than colon cancer!
i have my second colonoscopy scheduled for lynch syndrome maintenance this month! im on daily opioids for a pain condition and my previous colonoscopy in 2022 they didn't change my sedation doses to reflect that and i was conscious the whole procedure :( I'm really hoping I'll be able to advocate for myself this year. thank you doc for all your amazing videos!
Identical to endoscopy. When I went, it was the best streamline medical system I have ever experienced. I felt very safe. In and out. Even had a drive through pickup location. 😂
Came here to say just that! It's seriously a quick thing. And once it starts it basically ends a few seconds later, seemingly. Waking up from anesthesia felt like a really good nap, just make sure to have someone to drive you home, and get some food first cause you'll be starving from not eating since midnight lol
Didn't think you needed the laxative with endoscopy
@@sshms414 you don't, or at least I didn't.
“If you get anesthesia”? I’m gonna need you to knock me all the way out for 3 days before until 3 days after the procedure.
Lol!!
Not enough emphasis placed on the need for, experience of and proof of a good prep. Nothing more frustrating than to go thru all the steps to be told the prep rendered the exam useless
I was so proud of myself when I read the discharge notes and found the gem "the prep was excellent." Felt like I earned a gold star. 😄
Guys go get your f-ing colonoscopy! You won’t even remember anything you’re completely knocked out! Worst part is the prep. When drinking the meds if h feel like you’re too full and you’re drinking too much then slow down. I got sick because I drank too much. Even then my doc said I did great. None of it is a big deal. Very important! Just go do it!
Just had it done they said I'm good for 5 years
The colonoscopy is easy for the patient; it's the prep that sucks.
Thanks to your videos, watching your progress and a lot of discomfort... I finally bit the bullet today and made an emergency appointment to see my doctor knowing that ultimalty a colonoscopy will be needed.
I am very much in the 'general anaesthetic or i wont go through with it because i will take my chances and risk dying before i go through it awake'. Im in the UK and trying to get GA for a routine investigation is NOT easy. I had a cystoscopy last November and i had GA and i came round fighting hard 😣 im still suffering with trauma issues from that now and a colonscopy will be ten times worse and there is far more likely to be a serious issue, if im 'lucky' then ulcerative colitis is a possible fit but xoesnt explain all symptoms, a mass would though. I dont know, i dont even care any more, i have so many health problems its just a joke 🤦🏻♀️ my kidneys are steadily proceeding towards failure, i maybe have a year or two before i need dialysis... Not even sure id be considered for a transplant due to so many complicating health problems.
I also have Complex PTSD from many, many traumas... Some of which are medical traumas, this is why i just cant agree to put myself through it if im in any way aware. My appointment went well, got FIT test to hand over torrow and a blood test in the morning and some new instructions. I wasnt impressed i got the medical student in the worst appointment of my life but if im going to himiliate myself in front of one person then i may as well agree for it being in front of two people and hope the poor student wasnt too traumatised 😂 students have to learn somewhere and i am all for education no matter the subject so i couldnt kick the student out. The appointment went so smoothly and so much was achieved that i walked out afterwards in a daze and then sat in the car and cried my eyes out.
The whole time in my head i just kept the memory of your voice and gestures/mannerisms... I have to ability to visialise but sounds and the idea of movements was what sticks with me 🤷🏻♀️ its your confidence, your interest in your chosen area, how clear you are with information and how... Easy to relate to you are? You seem so 'normal'? (Thats bad, im sorry, cognitive issues kicking in and i cant think of words), you arent so high and mighty and entitled etc like many medical professionals can be 🤷🏻♀️ keeping you and your videos in my mind helped me remain calm and not panic, it helped me think what information i needed to say and even how to say it clearly and also what words to use no matter how uncomfortable.
You are a star!
No sedation given here in Estonia. Or you pay 600 EUR to have it done under anesthesia. Was not as bad in 2022 as it was in 2006, the scopes have gotten thinner.
Yeah you can certainly do it without sedation but anaesthesia is very popular in America for some reason
I remember being so nervous about my first, but the prep is the worst part. Once you empty out, the procedure itself is a piece of cake`
I had mine yesterday, all good. 🎉❤
Love him and his teachings! Thank you!
Thanks doctor. I watched this video multiple times before scheduling my procedure. All went well 🙏
@@woodsoncircle so glad to hear that!
I woke up during my procedure. I looked at the anesthesiologist and said that’s starting to hurt. They asked the doctor should they give me more and she said yes. I guess that’s why I had to be taken to the car in a wheelchair because I had trouble waking up from the anesthesia. 😅
Im 28 y/o and recently had a colonoscopy and later on a surgery to remove a fistula. I had both successfully, but if I can be honest, I have no clue what a fistula even is or what exactly the doctor did in me. Could you make a video explaining that type of surgery?
And sometimes you get pictures!
I love your videos, Doc! I’m a PT.
So many men are so eager to tell me about their upcoming colonoscopy.
Ty Doc. In my mind I imagined I would be laying half awake on my side on a stainless steel table with no pillow while a large garden hose went up my butt&i would have a panic attack&tense up&then go into panic mode 2.0. Looks like I’ll be laying on my back w/my hairy hoo hah sticking out. How embarrassing.
I am very high risk for colon cancer because I have celiac disease .. I’m finally getting the nerve to get one 4/4/24 so scared though .. thanks for the video. Also getting an upper endoscopy 😑
Hey doc, I have achalasia. Swallowing prep would require me to swallow almost an equal amount of water to push it down. I can't bear to squeeze any other liquids except for water through my esophagus. Is there an alternative to prep because it would be nearly impossible for me to complete the full prep
The achalasia may need to be treated. That sounds like it is having a significant impact on your QOL.
I heard there is a new way that’s been introduced as an alternative that essentially is like a super vacuum where they suck out all the stool in your intestines. Haven’t heard much about it tbh but I know it’s a thing
it truly does. the options available all have significant symptoms though, that I am trying to avoid... I haven't made up my mind @@supercalafra
I need to get one done now that I'm "of age." Please answer me this: how far does that scope go?
Hey, I’m a nurse working in the recovery area or PACU and I also work with the MDs doing the endoscopies. The scope goes all the way until it reaches the area where your large intestine meets the end of your small intestine or caecum.
@@eduardmurillo5850 yowzers! But still, I know it must be done. I've got a referral letter here to call. Thank you so much for responding 🙏
I had a colonoscopy last year in Japan and it was pretty similar. I was given a laxative the day before and strict instructions about what I can and cannot eat. The day of the colonoscopy, they gave me more laxatives, an electrolyte drink, and water and I was instructed to drink those and use the bathroom until my movements matched the photo...gross. Then they gave me a blood test and did an x-ray before I was connected to a monitor and an IV, told to lay on my side, and I was out like a light.
OMG that scope moving around like a freaking snake…nightmare material! 😮
I hate the recovery area. I get asthma attacks and wake up immediately so even though we speak with the team every time beforehand, they don't listen and think I'm not fully concious. I remember everything and wake up fully aware almost immediately. This has to do with sedation not being as effective on me from EDS.
Either giving me oxygen or inhaler helps. They think my heartrate is too high to give me it, but my heartrate as long as below 180 my cardiologist said it is fine to give me it. The struggle with having POTS and other special health issues that they won't listen to or treat you like others. They always insist on 3 nurses trying before anesthesiologist are brought in because I'm used to being poked and willing to let them attempt. Mostly pressured into it however. This is well documented. They are also aware that local anesthetic doesnt work on me. Most recently they tried doing it without ultrasound and without the light thing to help find veins. They hit my nerve and got the vein on my hand. I was in immense pain, and they thought it was just hand uncomfortable location pain even though I explained it was shooting up all the way to my elbow. Finally, they said they would give me something to help and I thought they would knock me up, but nope they tried lidocain. They were all in shock that I was still crying, gripping the bed, clenching my teeth, and whining with the occasional scream in pain... I had to endure this for over 10 mins of intense pain. Im used to nerve pain, but never more than 1 to 2 mins worth of it. Even after they finally took the IV out after realizing lidocaine wasn't kicking in, the pain persisted for up to half hour later. All this for an upper gi... but at least this time I didn't stop breathing so they were able to diagnose me with several things.
If you stuck through this long wow. Congrats 😂. Just venting my trauma and hoping to find other stories that can relate along the way.
Yikes! EDH really sucks. Sorry you have to go through this.
The prep is the worst part by far
I didn't know the colonoscope moved like that 😳 it looks so weird
The sedative and fentanyl didn't kick in till after the procedure. So I got to watch the full movie then crashed for the rest of the day. They removed 4 polyps that could have caused issues in the future. So good result all round I hope
Don't forget that the prep typically causes the patient to shit themselves frequently for hours. But they shouldn't be embarrassed because it's completely normal. That's what the unit nurses and techs are there for if they are inpatient.
Im scheduled for 2nd colonoscopy in a year, along with EGD/upper GI. Its much netter to have them both at the same time. I hope.
When you have a history of EDs, horrendous IBS-D constantly, and a super sensitive gag reflex 😭
My doctor came and talked to me right after I got out of the theatre and I remember nothing of what he said...
I had an ileoscopy and a rectoscopy and was awake but can't remember much. Before i had a colonoscopy when i was awake and was able to see my insides! It was awesome 😅
I've had more than several colonoscopies done to survey UC.
But I've had severe allergic reactions to preps and my last preo didn't even begin working until I arrived at the hospital.
I'm getting conflicting answers on what alternative preps I can use.
Do you have any advice, please?
had this done last year, the doctor explained what he was going to do as i was getting both an endoscopy and a colonoscopy in the one procedure. when b he showed me the scope i asked him if he was going to wipe down the scope after he does colonoscopy and before my endoscopy. in a serious tome he stated it was 2 different scopes. i let him know i was joking.
And you won't remember a damn thing.
Oh buddy youll remember the horrific laxative shits
Oh and the farting room Lmfao
You hope…I remember parts of mine
Just woke up feeling strangely violated….NEVER AGAIN
i watched them remove the polyps and take biopsies. They don't do it with general anesthesia in Canada.
Doc, when I got my first colonoscopy last year, the anesthetist billed $5k and the insurance paid out $2k. The GI and facility combined got less than $1k. Is that typical? Why do anesthetists get so much?
I had one today totally awake with only Gas And Air and I didn’t use it that much, honestly didn’t even feel pain, it’s uncomfortable but it’s manageable enough not to be put to sleep for.
You will have gas afterwards and will be high on anesthesia. Try not to moon the staff when you do yoga to relieve the gas bubble after they refuse to give you GasX. (Totally me!) 😂
Cancelled mine so many times because of the laxative. I'm scared the laxative will worsen my severe M.E/cfs. They did offer a general anesthetic but even that causes flare ups for me
So what happened if you dont get knocked out? Are there alternatives? Ive had a few anesthesiology bills and they hurt more than all of my other bills.
I didn't get knocked out for mine, it basically removed the major risks and completely removed the recovery time. It was not that bad, and I absolutely will not be getting knocked out in the future for any future ones.
I've had two awake. They give you fentanyl, depending on the dosage you'll either remember or not at all.
I had mine done without anesthesia or sedation. It was fine. If your gastroenterologist isn’t comfortable doing it without anesthesia, find another one. It’s a completely unnecessary cost.
I was awake. I talked to my GI throughout the whole thing and just watched what he was doing on the screen. You have enough meds on board you don't feel pain, or anxiety so for us medically inclined it was actually pretty cool to watch it all. I didn't doze off at all so I was always aware and they could talk me through each step of what was going on. I wouldn't want to go under if I didn't have to, as that has greater risk than just being mildly sedated for it.
Can you give us a comparison between a colonoscopy vs a hemoccult stool test? My dad absolutely does NOT want to get a colonoscopy done so he just mails in his poo, so I’d like to know if it’s as sensitive.
I’m an endo tech. It’s cool to see other facilities!
I wish I could do the prep without vommiting profusely and ending up crying. Then I'd definitely get one.
Try sutab and zofran, way better than liquid prep and zofran helps with nausea.
I'm curious when they do the scope to look in your stomach at the same time of your colonoscopy, if you are still asleep? I have a major fear of the feeling of not being able to breathe.
It's weird watching a video like this when you've had them yearly for the last 5 years and not yet 33yo
How do the home tests of stool compare (if no symptoms of anything abnormal)? That is what I have done....
stool samples are not nearly as effective as seeing the inside of your colons and being able to biopsy polyps
If you have symptoms and home tests show nothing (generally only test for blood) then a colonoscopy is important because whatever the problem is that isn't causing bleeding can be investigated 🤷🏻♀️ otherwise you have to just live with the symptoms and risk whatever it is getting really bad. Better to get it fixed so you don't have to worry.
I assume you are probably in the US? I'm in the UK so it's very different but depending on what your symptoms are and what the potential diagnoses might be... My doctor did tell me that it's possible that a CT scan can be done though the problem with that is that if the CT scan does show something... Then you need a colonoscopy anyway 🤦🏻♀️ it really is well worth speaking to someone, your doctor? As to what they would advise, to make a referral if that's how it works, and to tell you what your options are... They won't make you do anything, it's always your choice and if you say no, you can't do it... They aren't going to force you to but they should help you by offering support and alternatives 🤷🏻♀️
As for things like the IV, that's all child's play, it's a sharp little pinch and a vague ache for a short while. You don't have to look unless you are like me and I have to see it being done because knowing what is happening helps me feel in control and helps me manage my anxiety... Freaks them out a bit though as most patients look away 😂 the only thing to worry about (here in the UK) are the stupid gowns that leave your backside flapping the breeze.... And being walked from the ward through the corridors to the operating theater... It's so humiliating but if you have a sense of humour, that is a good time to use it 🤷🏻♀️😂
I'm an absolute hypocrite... I've started the ball rolling today after years of suffering! Don't suffer needlessly because of anxiety about a routine procedure that could result in easing your issues or even saving your life 🤷🏻♀️
My doctor told me NOT to do the stool sample test bc insurance companies consider that your screening. They won't pay for a colonoscopy or treatments if your stool screening comes back positive.
They also REMOVE polyps during a colonoscopy which is important bc they can turn cancerous.
I was quite stressed about doing my colonoscopy. It was not bad at all. They put you out -you wake up and it is DONE.
Anesthesia for colonoscopy is an unnecessary and avoidable expense and risk. The US is the only country in the world where it’s routinely offered. I had to argue with the center’s reception to get them to understand that I was having my procedure done without it and therefore didn’t need a ride home arranged. It’s a complete racket. If you can withstand brief bouts of 3/10 pain, skip the anesthesia, enjoy the video, and drive yourself home.
Hell no! I’ve been doing colonoscopy since 2005 due to colon cancer, I have the Lynch Syndrome, a mutation that allows me to have others cancer. I have to do it for the rest of my life. I will not go through pain and discomfort while I pay insurance.
I have them yearly… midazolam is amazing lol
The calm before the storm I enjoy these non hypersexualized comments
Definitely, the boys are crazy now
I have had two colonoscopies. I get to have another one in two more years because my last one four polyps were found. Two were benign, and two were precancerous.
At my last colonoscopy, I hadn't gone under fully and I got the cold head on the scope shoved up my bum and heard the doctor talking to a nurse. Never again!!
Im scared they may rupture my colon..
Just did my first and it was a piece of cake
Glad to hear it!
The scope has a vacuum port to suck out brown fluid blocking the view. Should’ve mentioned it. Your prep doesn’t need to be perfect
“Indeed, a colonoscopy device can both aspirate fluids and introduce fluids into the colon. This dual functionality allows for irrigation and cleaning of the colon's interior surface during the procedure, enhancing visibility and the effectiveness of the examination. The ability to inject fluid helps in washing away mucus, stool, or blood that may obscure the view of the colon's lining, thus facilitating a more thorough and accurate inspection for any abnormalities or signs of disease.
Not useful enough to get around a perfect prep for many facilities and practitioners
That's correct "the prep doesn't have to be perfect" you're welcome to repeat the procedure, probably at your own expense a few weeks later or have a tumour overlooked because of poor visibility..... Maybe focus more on the prep and overdo it if possible.
That sounds good but my anxiety wouldnt make this a good experience 😅
@alicekapolas3210 thank you 😊 💓 I atleast feel more confident with it than before I appreciate that alot.
Are people with IBS likely to experience heightened pain & discomfort from the prep?
Unfortunately that has been my experience.
In my experience, it's the best relief ever, being cleaned out and having nothing in your gut. So, for me, the prep was fine.
After the procedure, you will experience some gas but that will pass. Literally!
Is the prevalence of GLP-1 Agonists affecting the pre-procedure diet recommendations?
Question? I'm a 32 female. My father passed away of colon cancer at 58, and his drs said we should be checked earlier than normal since it's run in our family. Is this true, and when should I go?
Ask your primary doctor ASAP! You should be going in for yearly checkups anyway
Speak with your doctor
You should probably go now.
i really wanna do it and I'm not scared of the procedure. the only problem is that i have a needles phobia and I'm scared of the IV part
Colorectal Cancer Awareness month is the same month as Women’s History Month. What does it mean
I wish I would have seen this video before I had mine done.
whats the resolution you get from probes like this and are you just looking for lesions or abnormal growth?
I'm getting mine Monday. First my colonoscopy then an upper GI. I'm dreading the prep. 🤮
Just had one two weeks ago..Not bad at all.
How long does it take to have a bowel movement after a colonoscopy since you have to clean out for it? Genuinely curious
After you eat again if you did the prep right
At what age should one expect to get their first colonoscopy?
Shouldn't you already know your doctor before having the colonoscopy?
I dont want the dr to rupture my colon and i die. This has happened before.
“If” you get anesthesia?? 😨
I wish the prep wasn't so awful! I'm pretty sure I'll barf up a lot of it, and I don't think that's the goal. There has to be an easier way
Why isn’t it “because you have anesthesia” instead of “if you have anesthesia” ? Why don’t all doctors offer it? I know of people who have had it without and said it was awful.
In my experience, it was a fight to get it without anesthesia. It also wasn't that bad, and I absolutely wouldn't be sedated if I need to do another in the future.
For me they only put me to sleep when they also did an endoscopy. It wasn't bad to be awake
Because it’s optional and unnecessary. The US is the only country in the world where it’s routinely offered, and it roughly doubles the cost of the procedure. The fact that it’s the default that you have to opt out of is part of the anesthesiology racket.
I’ve never met a doctor who didn’t offer it; finding one willing to do the procedure without it on the other hand…
I was NOT sedated and it hurt so so so sooooo much😭😭
no bro. I am worry.
I read someplace there is a blood test that is almost as accurate as tube up buttt just doesnt show polyps.
Blood tests can show alot but the polyps are the point, if the blood work shows a reason you'll get a colonoscopy anyway
What's in the laxative concoction?
I am getting one on the 14th.
Good for you! Trust me, it's worth it
Prep suuuuuucks can we please work on making that suck less 😭
I’m pretty sure you can do a 3 day liquid diet instead.
Sedation? Lucky.
You forgot the joke if both sides are gonna be looked at the doctors or nurses make the joke hopefully its mouth first then u fall asleep cause they already gave you the anastasia
Talk about what to expect after…the gas, the gas and farts
Got one in 2022
I am 50 & am 2 or 3 deep.
Thank you! I'm 56 and STILL have put off having it because I'm afraid 😮
No way you guys intubate for a colonscopy??!
And don’t forget the multiple days of a wet diet beforehand, my mom just had one and it was brutal
There's only one day of a liquid diet, (water, sports drinks, jelly, clear soups, candy), and one day before that of white foods, (chicken, low fat yoghurt, eggs, potato, white bread, pasta, noodles, etc). It's very manageable with planning.
Nope yet another thing I'll never do thanks to school😅
No way will I ever have one of these! You talk way to fast and your constant hand movement is very distracting.
I hated the laxative i had to take made me feel like a cancer patient
Very nice. Thanks so very much
