    What type of torque converter do I need say off of Amazon link please and will the original screw on bolt work or will I have to get a new one ?

    • @BrandonNapier
      @BrandonNapier  5 років тому +3

      I recommend getting the one from Ebay. they run about $70. Look for TAV30 torque converter. Depending on what engine you have, you might want to get a longer bolt for the crank shaft. There are several installation videos on UA-cam. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching and please subscribe!!!!!

      No not any more. I moved to a Honda CRF125F so my wife can practice with using a clutch. These bikes are super fun though.

    Was it any cutting envolved?

    • @jonathanparadis-roy7481

      Yeah i wanna know too , mine coming soon, Did you work on the torque converter to put him in place ?

    • @BrandonNapier
      @BrandonNapier  5 років тому

      There is a little cutting involved. You have to trim the backing plate the comes with the torque converter, and there is a tab on the bike frame that needs to be bent out of the way. You can trim the plate using a hack-saw. its not too bad. way worth the work! Thanks for watching and please subscribe!!!!

      Depending on how you gear it, you can easily hit 40 mph. There are several people who have measured it with their phones.
