Jasion® X-Hunter: Video Tutorial on Adjusting to Maximum Speed (30MPH+)

- Welcome to Jasion® Electric Bikes. In this video, we address the issue of customers unable to reach 30 miles per hour. Jasionbike has released a tutorial video to resolve this. Here are the steps:
1- You'll need to access the settings page on the display. (To access this page, press and hold both the up and down keys for 3 seconds.)
2- Press the M key to navigate to page P08. You'll notice a number displayed below. The smaller the number, the slower the speed; the larger the number, the faster the speed. The number range is 0-100. To achieve the highest speed, adjust the number to 100.

My throttle bricked when I attempted this update. To reset an anomaly, go to P16 and press the down button 5 seconds to restore factory settings. I get 35 mph free wheel now.

Is there a video showing how this is done? Mine only shows p0 1-9 p1 1-9 and p2. How do I get p16?

EVERYONE:
If your throttle is no longer working because you may have accidentally changed some other setting don’t panic.
TO RESET:
1. Press and hold the plus and minus button
2. Press the “M” button until you get to P16 (it will look like a small 6) or P1-6
3. Hold the minus button for 10 seconds (it should beep and you may see a screen change)
4. Press and hold the plus and minus button to save.
Everything should be at the same settings as the bike right out of the box.

My EBX setting p08 only goes to 62. How to unlock?
Did your throttle stop working? I got mine going again. I believe the fix is this:
Go to P16 and then twist the throttle while you're still in the p16 setting. It should suddenly be working again.
Exit settings. Done.
If that doesn't fix it, it's at least close to the solution, because my throttle started working again while was was fiddling with P16
Is there any way to adjust the display so it more accurate displays the battery level?
Tried the P1-6 and down button but it just goes to walking mode, slow assist. Tried P1-6 and throttle but didn’t work either. Any other suggestions? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

That made the throttle stop working. I want to know:
1. how to make the throttle work again.
2. how to go back to original settings
What is the default value? I forgot to note when I changed it.

Reset to default settings is apparently: P16 setting, hold down down arrow

My has P20 does it go faster or does it have to be P08
I can only do 28mph. I did this exact thing and I cannot go over 28 MPH.
In thge video you adjusted the number on page P08 to 99. does it matter whether it's 99 or 100? A Facebook user indicated 100 did not work for him
Regarding the value on page P08, the smaller the number, the slower the speed, and the larger the number, the faster the speed. The range of numbers is from 0 to 100. If you want to reach the maximum speed, please adjust the number to 100. Adjusting it to 99 or 100 generally doesn't make much difference, but it depends on your personal preferences and usage needs. Everyone's physical condition and riding habits are different, so the most suitable number may vary from person to person. New X Hunter. Trying to adjust speed level and now no throttle. Is there a step by step process to correct this and to basically operate the display?

I've tried calling. It ALWAYS goes to voicemail and nobody calls back.
Unfortunately No one answer the emails ! my bike does not go far then 25 miles each time I fully charge it!!!! Can anyone give me an answer for that .

I was trying to turn up from 20 to 28. Now the throttle won't work at all. Why is this so dumb?

Can anyone comment the presets for the bike they use I was messing with mines and now the throttle won’t work I think I switched something in the settings
Mine just did the same. Now the throttle has no response no matter what I do. I've tried everything. I even removed the battery and key and tried everything all over.

My brother cruises at 34.2 on his new eb! Seek and yee shall find. If it takes you longer than 5mins to get it done then you belong on a passenger seat!😂

Customer service is non existent. There is also false advertisement when it comes to speed, and the motor.
Don't buy Jasion! They take forever to ship (still have not shipped mine after 3 weeks) and their customer support is useless. I asked a refund, still waiting for them to respond
