Sorry? For what? All they said was the dog learned hand signals. I wanna get a female rotty, they seem less aggressive than a male but I know they're trouble but I'm prepared. I'm gonna name mine Harley after Harley Quinn when I get her. They're so lovable my buddy has a female rotty and I fell in love now i want one. My buddy's dog is named Roxie, she's 6 and has never even nipped at anyone. I have a border terrier now named Scruff who nips at everyone, just because the breed seems bad doesn't mean it is bad, every dog bites at some point
Strongly disagree.......I can tell you a young one is a bit devious...it's their incredible intelligence more than anything...as much as you are sizing up the dog..she is sizing you up and having fun doing it.....all you have to do is be kind and patient.... they will get it....best friend you will ever have in your life.
I just got 2 females 13 weeks old there incredible. Very smart loyal and all out amazing dog from my experience so far. I'm absolutely in love with them even as a pup there smart and mind very well
Our female Rottweiler Mischa was almost two hundred pounds and extremely powerful. She also could be controlled with a word, loved humans and cats, and tolerated other dogs. She never pulled on a leash or acted aggressive. If she felt I needed protected she would merely sit on my feet. Just because Rottweilers are big dogs they aren’t difficult.
Wow..200 lbs huh...mine at maximum was about 120...they like to eat... especially whatever I was having..of course I gave in most of the time..... that is a mistake.but I loved her so damn much I couldn't help it..... not a breed that does well with excess weight.....I bet you think about her all the time..I sure do...

@@philturner6642 they really are children 😊 Mischa actually came from a breeder, he was a bad man but she was healthy and strong. She lived ten years. Loved babies and kittens.
A rottweiler doesn't weight 200 pounds so it's either not a rottweiler or it is the most obese rottweiler in the world that was being fed half a cow a day.
Indeed if you train them there is no better breed. It's the same for every breed you have to become the Alfa dog of the pack and they do what ever you want them to do, without saying a word.😊
I’ve owned both male and females and to me females are more stubborn then males, yes males are bigger so they tend to be stronger but my females always gave me a run for the money that’s for sure 😂
Had one for ten years... the love of my life....all dogs have quirks.a female rottweiler is no exception....there were times I had to put my foot down firmly as to what was acceptable and what was not... but intelligence is definitely one of their strong suits.she learned quick....a bit territorial.... very jealous of other females both dogs and humans...they are not mean by nature.just the opposite..very loving and kind..they unfortunately are pre disposed to a variety of physical issues... orthopedic and allergies come to mind....in the end cancer got her.i literally cried for two straight weeks.they are not easy at times.but if you want a true companion and a wonderful dog..I certainly wouldn't talk you off One.
That video should be titled "8 reasons not to get a rottweiler" period, none of the mentioned challenges were specific to females. It could even be argued that female rottweiler might be more manageable than males if large size and dominance are issues for some people.
I have male rottie, now i have female, and i cant tell for people who have family, kids is better to take female rottie. They are best and most loyal dogs...
If u socialising and train them properly there amazing and if you don't know how to do that you shouldn't get one but if you do know how to do that properly they're one of the best in my opinion
Except for the pyometra, all of this applies to the breed itself, not to females separately. The rott is a wonderful breed, but you need the knowledge and time to properly raise any powerful dog.
A friend of mine has a female for years and she was literally the smartest dog i ever saw in my life. She watched us stacking brush on a trailer for about 2-3 trips and then she went over picked sticks up in her mouth and started putting them on the trailer too. And helped us till the end! She was amazing!!

Why is this 1 reason and two minutes longer than the male one!? 😂 I had already said it under the male video that I do plan on getting a female Rottweiler but I don't mind the trials and tribulations that will come with it, especially since they have that natural maternal nature like most female animals.
Yeah, if size is an issue you shouldn't get a male either, they're probably even bigger, that first point is already nonsense 🤣won't watch more than that, misleading title, adding "female" for clickbaiting
I don't see anything specific to females in this video. Should drop the female from the description. I have had 3 females and they generally have less of the cons that are particular to the breed as mentioned above. That's why I love female rotties.
Besides for sexism, I haven't the slightest clue why this video was made since female rotts are no different than males besides for size and a male rott is obviously bigger.
I have a female rottie.. she’s not even a yr but she is very strong lol but she is very wild and playful and she loves to play catch with the ball and she will try and trick you into thinking she’s bringing you the ball back and then when you go to grab it she runs off and makes you chase her 😂😂 I can tell she can be a little jealous though with me.. we have kids but (we don’t let her off the leash around the kids) bc she wants all my attention on her.. so we don’t really let the kids have To much interaction with her yet bc they are small.. until she’s trained and they are bigger.. plus she’s very wild (not aggressive) she just will jump on you lol.. just trying to play though
You should’ve told me sooner, but I don’t like it can get a Rottweiler you shouldn’t people are not gonna get a Rottweiler think of the girl Rottweiler we’re gonna be like sad and lonely because of this video. I’ve had Rottweilers for over 30 years and training and patience is the key, don’t get overwhelmed and show the dog who the boss is, the puppy phase is the worst but you must get control of them before their adults..
Why do all of your videos come with a disclaimer .. 7 things not to do, or 8 reasons you should not get a female rottweiler? How about just one... they are aggressive and dangerous. They might maul, kill your child or an elderly adult. These dogs are unsafe period. Great pets until they aren't. They were sweet all of their life until they killed grandma while she was visiting. No they just weren't raised by parents who cared enough to instill good behaviors into them
