I would bring my 24-120 f/4, 14-24 2.8, Maybe my 50mm 1.8 and maybe the sigma 100-400.
I am looking at getting the 70-200 2.8 and maybe the fun 28mm 2.8.

Have you thought about upgrading to the Z7 II, especially with the deals that happened during Winter 2023? Are you waiting for the third versions to come out, instead? Why not get a DX dedicated lens, like the Sigma or Sirui lenses? Remember, crop factor affects BOTH focal range and aperture. So, if you put that 17-28mm f/2.8 on the Z30, you’re more at 25.5-42mm f/4.2. At least with the DX primes I mentioned, you can have true f/1.4 apertures.
