Chad I LOVED how you explaind to the Kitty that the tree was a no no...... my Siamese has made a bed at the bottom of our tree and slaps all the ornaments off the bottom of the tree!!!!!

I love this video. Chad's voice is more calming than the ocean and the music is too. It's cool to see these videos because it shows how simple it can be to update a space, and how elbow grease isn't scaey.
I love this channel and Melissa, buuuuut these are quickly becoming my favorite videos. I lovvvvvve the update! It did kill me to see you paint over the face plates tho lol. I know I’m not the only one.

Yes, I couldn't understand why he didn't either remove the face plates, or tape over them. Who cleaned them? Did Melissa do it or Chad?
The plates were old and being replaced with new ones - I forgot to mention that in the video :) Thanks for watching!

Very nice. Good luck with the cat listening to no climbing the tree, lol. I've never had a cat who didn't climb the tree...guess the ornaments are too enticing.
So far so good - they mostly ignore the tree altogether :)
Really? My cat (he died, sadly) never did that. The only thing he did was play with the fake birds my mom put on the tree.
You're lucky. My cat knocked the tree over once and destroyed some of my beloved Ikea glass ornaments. From that christmas on we always secured the tree from two sides with pack thread and a nail at the wall.
Watching you work so hard (I know, both of you) encouraged me to get going on my own stuff. Thanks for that.

Chad my dearest dear! What a wonderful video. I really do hope to see more of the Honey Do's tbh. I love the voice overs and I love how much you truly care about what you are doing. I love the comedy touches too (blurred for your safety LMAO) I am amazed at what a coat of paint and a few little changes here and there can make and make such a MASSIVE difference. The room was already lovely and who knew it could be even cozier!!! I adore you both so much. You will never know how much your videos have helped me. On a really personal note, I want you and Melissa to do something for me on Christmas Day. When you are both sitting in that room and about to open your gifts, I want you to stop, give each other a hug and think about next Christmas Day and the TOTAL joy you will both experience when you share it with your daughter....promise that for me ok? I would love to be able to mount my TV to the wall, but I'm unsure that I would pick the perfect place and of course I would not want to have those mountings all over the living room when I want to change seating arrangement for all of the furniture in the room. Is that one of those that you can angle the TV slightly to the right or slightly to the left or major to the right or major to the left. Great job, wonderful Honey Doo.
