    Mark is a very skillful baker. I grew up working in my father’s bakery and understand how hard the work is. Very efficient with his work. The products look great.

    Man...you must be exhausted after a day of producing and selling it yourself. And you don't even show the preparation before. I used to be a baker, as lots in my family, had my own bakery in Holland for 16 years. So I know what it is. This video is 3 years old but I hope you still going strong. Respect for your hard work...🙏

    Hey Mark, that's a very very good stuff! May I ask you how long is your daily baking run?… I mean how long do you take to scale, mix, proof and bake all that amazing bread and pastries? Did you ever tried to make brazilian cheese breads (pão de queijo)?Congratulations!

      I bake two days per week and the other days I prepare and clean. On Wednesdays I work from 5:30am to 10:30pm. On Saturdays I work from 1:00am to 1:00pm, then again from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. No, I have never made pão de queijo! Thanks!

      Anthony, the electric oven is powered by a diesel generator or plugged into electric power. Another oven is propane
