I love the leopard dress at 1:55 😍
😅😅😅
Rarrrrrrrrr
Have to say, you are one of the best at presenting homes. Im in Hua Hin next week looking to retire soon, but will probably rent for 12 months as may go further south, but you will be the first for me to contact when I decide. Keep up the good work
Very nice, I went to Cha am in April. Lovely chilled place. Coming over in October and I'll be looking for somewhere to retire to. I'll keep in touch. Thanks
We are glad you like Cha-am 😊 yes welcome back to Thailand, we look forward to hearing from you ka 🙏🏻
Place looks nice gin that's a great rental price thanks gin have fun
Thanks ka 🙏🏻
I don’t understand, do Thai people not to cook food at home? The kitchen has no way of cooking food. No stove top. Maybe I’m just expecting too much.
Thai people love to eat out na ka 😊🙏🏻 Very strong community for eating outside not like Western.
Luv that outfit 🔥💯🥰💖🌷
Thailand is LOOKING PRETTY GOOD!!
I just found this channel and I am enjoying it already.
Welcome!
Wow. Super affordable. Pretty interesting information and content. Glad im subscribed to see these lil' videos. 5-6 minutes is good.
Quite a few differences in construction then the US. A bit minimalist but brand new and looks very nice. Great price and location. Thanks.
Thanks for being a supporter Marcus!
Oh thé Price IS very interesting and thé housse look New
Hi, yes it’s a new village 😊
WoW this woman is so pretty and does a nice job. Happy Trails
Very simple house... thai style... even less.. needs to do major investment in kitchen... tv... furniture..etc etc etc
You get the bed with the pillow. I want a bigger villa but she is so cute I watched the entire video
Give her a virtual hug!😮
@@gif24gt60 Ill give her a real hug :)
😀
Are there any developments that have this size house, but on a wider lot?
We love Cha Am for its laid back atmosphere and many good restaurants, it is still very authentic Thai in many ways, unfortunately we have to be close to my wife's work in Hua Hin😢
Interesting to hear from some one from Thailand. How would you say Hua Hin and Cha Am differ from each other?
@@teresalehtonen8499 flatered👍 My opinion, Hua Hin is a village but has a city feel to it, like any sea side resort town people come and go, and Cha Am feels more like a place where people stay, don't know if that makes sense?
Hua Hin is more tourist, Cha Am is more Thai.
Simple but very nice .reasonable pricing👍👍👍
dang i'd rather have the host.
Nice home. Thanks for posting/sharing. Cheers!
Wow nice choice for my vacation
I'm keeping those bed sheets... 😂
Thumbs up 👍 Gin
If you “join” the channel you are eligible for exclusive photos. May I ask, photos of what? Houses, or Gim? 💕
Creepy cringe
@@garrydye2394 cringe if you must. But 95% of the viewers of this channel have absolutely no interest in buying or renting in Thailand.
calm down coomer
Do you mean gym? 🤔
Perfect for me 😊👍👍👍
Hi,thank you for your information.my question is how much the utilities cost, electricity and water.
Electricity is quite expensive now. It is billed by levels with a variable part called Fuel Tax. Now, it is around 4.10thb / kW
So, if you use aircon all day long, you can expect a severe bill.
Water tap is not expensive because it is not drinkable. You will have to buy drinking water in bottles.
Super Deal!
Thanks Rory!
This is a very beautiful rental for the price. Where is the major area of Thailand
Great job? I like the place.
Really nice. I get so much less for the same price in the Philippines.
PH sucks, need to be civilized crooks everywhere.
U can get something nice like this in the Philippines but it won’t be in the city,I have seen homes in the Philippines that are 20k pesos a month outside of the city of Cebu next to the mountains. Also in the Mindanao region outside of the city of Davao u have to look outside the cities everyone flock to the cities it’s other areas to as well that u should consider.
I want to rent it for 1 year. My wife call you! Best from Austria 🇦🇹
Minimum stay? 1 month?
Looking forward to retiring in Cha-Am, since my pension is only $700 a month.
Very good thankyou
I like the fact that all of these homes have toirlets.
😂😂😂
very nice . are there screens on the windows? it does not come with appliances in the kitchen.
Hi Steve, currently no screens on the windows but you could talk with the owner and I’m sure they could work something out for you. 😊 Also yes no kitchen appliances as this house is non-furnished 🙏🏻

I am interested in renting this property

Dear Madam
Since the new tax of 2024 on the taxation of foreign income, do you think that foreigners will want to settle down and invest in real estate in Thailand?
Not having a space for a frying pan and saucepan is so important for someone wanting to stay here ???
Just hang up a pan holder
@@nomadzach3023screen keep the snakes out
Get a stove first. No cooking appliances.
Transports to Hua Hin and sea marquets? Bus, tuc-tuc?
❤❤❤
Is there plentiful cheap public transportation in cha am?
You’re so beautiful
Exquisite! And, the house is OK too….. photos? I vote for Gim! 🤪
I created a new drinking game using this video. Every time she says the word "here" you take a drink! You'll be drunk before the video is half way done!!! 😂
😂😂😊
Do foreigners need a visa in order to rent a condo for a year?
Perfect for casting couch series
If a person joins, the proceeds go directly to host?
Hi Philip, not usually but we can organise that if that’s what you’d like to happen. 😊🙏🏻 Usually only super donations and coffee donations go directly to the host.
The price is in US$, not that cheap really after purchasing white goods etc.
It’s even cheaper now after the exchange rate has changed. 😉
Crazy. That's my monthly studio apt electric bill. Do you get many Hawaii renters
🙏🏽
How I can buy House in Thailand in budget?. I am in India.
You can't buy a house. Only Thailand nationals can.
You can buy condo Only, because the main property is owned by Thais
มีบ้านให้เช่าที่หัวหิน ช่วงมกราคมวันที่ 18 ถึง 18 กุมภาพันธ์หรือเปล่าค่ะ คือจะเช่าแค่ 1 เดือนค่ะ
The girl have a cute accent
What is the accent?
Nice place not fully furnished?
Interested is this available ?
square meters?
Iam from Kenya, when I visit Thailand can I rent for like 2 months?
No closet in second bedroom. Interesting
💐💘
I want move out back where I m birth from Thailand. Now I don't happy live in the American cuz too expensive cost of living too big highest!
With the homes so tightly-packed together, I would worry about noise from:
(1) Vehicular traffic on the street;
(2) Incessant dog-barking, mostly likely brought to Thailand by a suburban-zombie farang couple.
Naw most other neighbors will mind there own business plus this home community is completely separate from shopping and markets which makes it better because it will be less in and out. When you leave out people won’t be coming back to there homes no time soon and this is why when I move to Thailand I won’t be too close to markets and shopping areas.
@@jamalgreen3056 Sounds great.
I am living in this kind of house in Thailand. You are perfectly right. Noise from traffic, neighbors and dogs are terrible.
หาทางติดต่ไม่ได่เลย
A tremendous - over-use - of the word "here" - in her presentation ! -- Otherwise - a very good showing and well done.
I noticed that, too. Be sure to check out her charming overuse of the word "Yes" in another of her videos:
"7,000 THB ($200) p/month Home in Hua Hin, Thailand (2024)".
please please, stop saying 'here' 😂😂😂
I want sale house at junagadh, guj.india, near uparkot fort
Cheap
horrible
Good morning, Can you be clear and tell me the following, what happens if I was to buy this home or any other home in Thailand do I get a visa from the Thai government for ever., Or would I have to keep applying for one every year. Thank you 🇨🇮
Like to pull it up on a map
Yes, especially since it's likely in a not-so-convenient location.
@@sebastianhamilton5892 she comes with it I buy it. Then buy a few more in other places to float around.
