In Thailand no foreigners are allowed to own land unless its in a Thai persons name so many end up losing it as the Thai woman or man will own it and take it from you,you can own a condo but I advise you rent.

Love the property in Thailand
Looks a good package for the money ,but for me with little or no garden that would feel like a prison cell , if and I say if foreign buyers are their target they need to start building places with some BACK garden instead of having your neighbour clattering away with pot and pans just feet from your back door
If the price is "as is" then I wouldn't complain for lack of garden.

You can get one with a garden obviously, you'd just need to pay for it.
This is 75k USD fully furnished. That's the price of a base Audi Q7 where I live, without any optional extras. Certainly no garden 😂
I think people forget Thailand is actually doing pretty well these days in terms of GDP per capita so it's not like say The Philippines ( where actually something like this would actually cost much more) and has a burgeoning middle class who can afford something like this. So no, I don't think the target market for this Moo Baan will be foreigners particularly.

Only Thai can buy a house, unless they buy land and you the house. Forming a company to buy is not legal
Check with the Thai embassy in your home country, different countries have different requirements for visas

Unfortunately we cannot buy but you could lease the land and build a home That’s the only way I know of
30 or 50 year lease as far as I know....which the option of who ever you will it to renew the lease

My whole problem is them countries are not very friendly when it comes to owning your own land I would like to buy land and build my own home but you can never own the land but if someone from Thailand visits the United States they're allowed to purchase land on our property as China has been buying it all over the place just seems bias
