- Daily life vlog. Started with a rainy Friday. And a lot of cooking. Made mushrooms omelette for lunch because I love both eggs and mushrooms. It was delicious. Also got some lovely plum blueberries for dessert and a mugwort mochi from Chateraise. Went back to my own place for the weekend. Decided to make Korean braised potatoes side dish (감자조림) again. I made a batch last weekend and it was tasty so I decided to make more. Also tried making mushroom rice using a recipe I saw online. I like mushrooms anyway. However, it turned out a bit bland. Maybe I didn’t follow the recipe correctly or there’s not enough sauce. I’ll try again next time and add more seasoning.

I used to have a lot of omelette mushroom one point because we enjoyed it but parents would do it almost everyday for a year we grown sick and tired of it but it's been years so I might have some again.

I do the same some times not a breakfast fan. 2 eggs(I can never finish 4) 1 tomatoe, green onions and mushrooms. Plenty of food. I don't use salt I use grab sauce for taste.

A small hack if you don't want your rice to be sticky add some fresh lime juice to it while boiling it in the rice cooker
