- Hi all! In this episode, I'm preparing Momo with the help of my colleagues.
It definitely takes a lot of practice to make nice Momos. I still have to practice a lot 😅.
Momo is normally eaten without garnish, but I've served it with basmati rice, curry sauce and coconut sauce 👌😊👍

The momo making demonstrations was hilarious. The gyro wraps were hugeeeee. The guys who came early were lucky because they received 4 momos.

I swear it's the smallest things that you find another person do that lead to big life hacks. I saw that you microwaved garlic bulbs around the 3 minute mark, and I just had to figure out why you did that. Come to find out, it's a great way to peel garlic. Thanks for the knowledge chef.
