I am Mexican, and I was really fascinated by your inspiration!!! I would definitely try your tacos de birria, although honestly I would order about 4-5 tacos and with a lot of spicy sauce! Saludos from Monterrey, Mexico!!
What an absolute banger of a meal! I hope the people who are lucky enough to eat there appreciate how much effort goes into what you do and how friendly you and the other staff are. This was an especially fun video. Thanks Chef 👍♥️
Awesome job cooking tacos all the side dishes an awesome kitchen staff with you Maria's track to be your number one UA-cam rely on her all you can I like the fact that you have a taco for yourself all your customers love you too
oh what good timing. i just spent a month in Jalisco, Mexico, the birthplace of birria. your dish looks pretty close to the quesabirria tacos there. looks delicious, nice job
Great job! Food looked so delicious! I still don’t understand the wanting of chips .. that rice looked amazing especially with the tacos .. I bet the smell in that canteen was amazing. Thanks for sharing
If I see birria - I have to click. That looks delicious! Those people are so lucky. And I'm definitely doing to have to try that microwaving the garlic trick!
I love watching you work. When I go to a diner here in the states I always try to sit where I can watch people work. I have to say, as I am touched somewhat with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder I see some OCD in your attention to details in your work. You are a machine!
I appreciate that you guys always go through the trouble of making your breads from scratch, it's cheaper and better tasting that way Also, Birria tacos might just be that tastiest thing on the planet can tell these were popular with how busy it was, the smell probably brought in people that weren't even hungry lol
I would love to see you make like a inspired dish from Hawaii like Loco Moco, I think you’ll really like it and it’s really easy to make, it’s just rice with hamburger patty with brown gravy and a sunny side up egg on top. It’s so good and you can serve it with a side of Mac salad 😁
I watch your videos at night while lying in bed. It NEVER fails, I get hungry and get up for a snack lol. I wonder if I get soft corn tortillas and soak them in enchilada sauce if I would get close to what you made. Or cook my beef and use the broth from that maybe? I don't know but I sure want to try. God knows I'm not talented enough to make yours. But I think certainly worth a try. Thanks for your video. All your patrons were excited to try it.
Wow I just found you on YT, omg your cooking skills are top notch!! I first came across your 2hr breakfast POV video, that's how I found your channel. Awesome videos chef, so cool to watch these 😄😃🙏👨🍳
Oh wow...im so happy for the tacos today. Im from southwest usa and we looove our tacos. It would be soooo cool if you could be able to open up to the publics fans like once a year to came and meat you and enjoy your food.
I love authentic food, especially mexican, looks amazing my mouth is literally watering, I love how you work, everything is prepared perfectly!!!! Yummy!!!😋😋😋😋❤❤
My family is from Guadalajara Jalisco Mexico where the birria is from. Believe me it's so delicious there. MrT you should also do carne en su jugo. It's delicious.keep up the work MRT
those are close...the real ones are cooked with the roast overnight making the consomme and then with onions and cilantro with the meat.......the meat has a deep flavor of the spices and the tortillas turn hard and crunchy from the cooked juice
I would order four of those tacos but would request you put the red onions and jalapenos with the cheese and beef to fully infuse the flavour, then I would request a a large tub of that rice material and pour the birra sauce over the rice then place a bed of additional onions and jalapeno and then place the tacos into the tub and use four chips to secure the tacos into the structure of the rice, finally drizzle some of that guacomole sause and close the lid super tight to make sure none of that deliciousness escapes as i carry it from the counter to my stomach.
I think the Chef would go on inspections to see if people are actually dipping it with the beef soup and might yell at them if they didnt lol or he might even hand feed them, hes very meticulous about the dipping part lol
Excellent and amazing video as always. Only thing I would do instead is have the beef fat (from making the sauce) on the side to dip the tortilla into before cooking on flat top. Helps with non sticking.
@@swagdaddy6932 no he is dipping into the broth. (he ladles it from pot to pan) When making the broth the fat separates and usually people scoop out the excess fat so the broth is cleaner. Then they dip the tortillas into the fat for non sticking and crisping up and the broth is served on the side. When he was done cooking the broth and poured it out of the pot there was bright orange fat on top that I don’t think he saved.
Great take and twist on birria tacos. my only "complaint" would be the tortillas. they should have been 100% corn and a little bit smaller. in my opinion of course
That’s the best part about cooking, you can try different things! You may even absolutely enjoy it. We don’t evolve if we just do the same thing day in and day out.
That's like asking if it's okay to forward thru the unload of Nascar vehicles at the start of a race... yeah... absolutely ... some of this can be boring to some... if you don't want to waste your time in life to watch something that has no interest to you then, by all means, skip ahead... ...I find it boring as well....
It would be nice if you listed the ingredients below or show the camera what you are using as sometimes it can be hard to see without pausing and slowing down. Great channel! 👍
Please always clean the knife with a wet towel after sharpening 8:36 , Cause after sharpening a knife, those small pieces of metal that remain attached to the blade are called burr and cutting onions with it means it will be part of the food. Other than that enjoying the POVs MrT
Szia! Már láttam több videód is, és nagyon tetszenek. :D Nagyon jól néznek ki az ételek, meg érdekes így belefutni egy magyarba. Annyi lenne a kérdésem, hogy te ilyen head chef vagy, vagy a hely tulaja?

The second bulb of garlic after you put it in the microwave for 30 seconds was almost orgasmic when all the cloves came out at once haha

the fact that you didn't even measure the spices going into the consome tells me this birria is gonna be SOOOO good. Greetings from Mexico MrT
