So often FEAR gets the best of us. We allow the enemy to tell us lies and get in our head. Here are a few ways to push past fear and go for the challenge. We are going to reach our purpose, but first we must get over the FEAR.

I printed out my resignation letter today at 6:45am and handed the letter to my Manager at 9:00am. I was nervous, afraid and fearful. I don't have a back plan but I have faith in god. I'm happy that I did it!

I didn't give a notice. I quit 4 days ago. I clean rooms and that is hard job. My body is all messed from that job. I was faithful for a year. I got fed up. I came in looked at my board that was 16 room to clean all check outs. I never missed a Day of work no call ins. I walked out!! over worked and under paid. No benefits no nothing just controlling me . Bye! HOLIDAY INN. I had to asked God to forgive me for how I went about it.

I just did the same thing 2 weeks ago!!! No back up, no nothing!!! I’m having mixed feelings now but my job was really causing me huge huge issues……. I’m asking God for help now and believing for better opportunities 🙏🙏🙏
I quit my job yesterday I worked in a hotel on housekeeping. I looked at my sheet in the morning, most of my rooms were arrivals, that job can ruin you and its not just physical and dam hard work it's mentally so stressful. I was in one of my rooms sobbing and my dad rang me, he told me to get the hell out.. I walked up to the office cleared my locker and left. I've nothing to fall back on but God that weight has gone. No more dread every morning.
The decision to quit a job is a very personal decision. Nobody can make it for you except for you. I wished I got fired at my last job but I had to muster the strength to quit because I was actually good at the job. Unfortunately having a backup plan for finances and another career isn't easy either but sometimes, you may already have it figured out but you're just unwilling to take the risk because of peer pressure. Definitely trust your gut feelings about yourself. Cuz you're the only one who really knows yourself.
I just left my job, the 29th Feb was my last day, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t scared. However for the sake of my mental health I had to do the right thing for myself. I keep telling my kids to stand for themselves, yet I couldn’t do it for me. For once I chose me and came to my own rescue. Only Lord knows what’s going to happen next, I have left it to him to move me into my next chapter of life. Thank you for this video ❤️❤️

I would advocate careful thought and strategy before someone walks off. This is my weekly topic for my own subscribers. Career. One thing that can really bring a person into depression is 40 hours a week of hating their job. The job is literally almost half of the waking life. The problem many people have is that they have a craving for security. The person will tolerate being unhappy if that is their normality. People would rather have secure bitterness than the fear of stepping off the cliff. The fact is that you can change your career anytime. At 40 or 50. I once knew a car salesman of 30 years who did really well but started to hate his job--so became a nurse at 57. He is now a travel contractor. His friends told him he would be 57 by the time he got licensed as an RN. He told them he would be 57 anyway. So he will now spend the next ten years doing something he likes instead of something he hates. But you have to decide if it is life on the sea you hate or just that ship you're traveling on. In other words--do you hate your trade or just the company you're at? But whatever you aren't happy with you must change and continue to advance yourself. Hope this helps someone---Charles.
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel 5 months ago about self development. Now I have 323 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.

My rendering of 30 days will on a few days. I was really nervous when I send my resignation letter to my supervisor but it felt so liberating. I'm grateful for the wfh set up but I'm just not happy with what I'm doing anymore so I decided to finally take that leap of faith. I'm job hunting right now, so I pray to the mighty name of Jesus I'll be able to get a new job. Stay safe everyone!! 🙏❤️

Trust God brothers and sisters. He knows the plans he has for you so lets not rely on our own understanding but on his. Trust God.
Lose friends, lose family, lose your job but don't lose yourself. Surviving equals fear but living equal happiness. Stop doing what you are used to doing and start doing what you should know how to do. The risk of all risk.
I just subd. I am in the process of changing jobs. I am in a very toxic job. I been doing it for 10 years but i cant no more. I cant sleep anymore. I am anxious and depressed. I hope everything works out at the end for me. Thank you
I haven’t been at my job long, but it’s the most miserable place I’ve ever worked at. The only thing that keeps me here is the fear of me not finding another job in time and I don’t want to make mom or my boyfriend upset.

I see now that you are a business woman, hence the name "Coffee with Cassie". This was your realization. Your start and you went after it. You stopped being safe and started being fearless. I have been trying to decide what to do. It is so easy to get comfortable in your position. Sometimes, I really want to take the leap of faith and let my job go. Other times, I don't.
I relate to this sooooo much! I’m in this predicament right now! I am so ready to quit. Before quitting make sure you talk with God. He will certainly give you direction on what to do. Follow His instruction.
I quit my job I do have a backup I want a cdl. I just couldn't take the environment the people I worked with was toxic

I tried quitting my job last year and was promoted. i decided that I will take on this new promotion and see if its for me. Next month will be one year. I am ready to quit again but i have an upcoming surgery so i need the insurance. Im 51 my 3 kids are adults my fiancee and I dont pay rent or mortgage no car payments and one small loan. I know that by the end of this year after my recovery i will be submitting my resignation again because after 8 years there I'm really tired. I live on a beautiful island and I know with my background I can find something part time or online until my side business takes off.
I want to keep faith, but lately, it's just too hard.

I took a day off but I had a doctors note I wasn’t feeling well and my boss texts me saying to take a break and he’ll call me when he needs me . So that made me think about life . It’s time to make myself happy

I want to so badly every Monday I get sick to my stomach when I have to open my emails :(( but I don't have any backup plan except I want to quit from slavery and mental torture to be living false life when I hate my job but pretend to be loving it :((

Same here, I hate my job.
So...I have a confession to make. I quit my fist formal job without a backup plan and I had absolutely no fear!! The reason was....I DIDN'T KNOW THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE BACKUP PLAN! I had enough money to support myself for a month but I had not even started applying to other jobs. Ignorance or stupidity in this case was bliss for sure.
Don't worry, trust God. I had to quit my permanent job in 2011 without a backup plan. I was having mortgage loan to pay. I wasn't working for 15 months but I saw God's hand. And guess what I'm thinking of quitting again, I don't like what I'm doing, I'm still doing the same work but in different places.

This requires much prayer, and making sure there's some type of savings in that bank account. Especially, if you have financial responsibility.
Fear sucks.. I'm fearful for losing my apartment, my lil $13 an hour job, my family getting sick, just so many things that my 9 5o 5 isn't enough.

I cut my hours at work in half
I wanna quit my job too and wanna do the job God wants me to do for him. I can't hear God's voice for myself but I need to have enough faith to still quit without no backup plan but do it just don't say it I have a different feeling inside when thinking about doing the action of quitting my job but have quit jobs in the past a lot of them but the difference now is I wanna live in a place somewhere on my own get the place then quit my job but not only quit my job but work for God's kingdom after I quit my job. I know I don't wanna keep wasting years working at a job working for someone else company I wanna work for god where it really matters not making another person's company richer I been working jobs for someone else since 14 or 15 years old I know it's time to get out of working for someone else I actually started feeling like this 8 or 10 years ago now.
Girl, I'm trying to make sense of what you're saying. How can a part time job pay better than a full time one? Even more, in the same company! It just doesn't exist this kind of scenario in this Universe. I'm happy for you that you got what you wanted, but I find it extremely hard to believe. No company I know pays better part time than full time. Otherwise we'd all go part- time...if it was different company (that pays better), maybe would be possible. Sounds like a fairytale rather.
Lol. That is how you know it was God because it didn’t make any rational sense that moving to part time paid me more. I also didn’t ask for it. It was literally just presented to me. That is the way my God works.
Also, this video is less about the job and more about leaning into trusting God with you life. Just so happens that my job was the example.
