The Perfect Molten lava recipe | lotus Biscoff lava cake | Chocolate fondant recipe |

Lotus Biscoff MOLTEN LAVA (Chocolate fondant)
100g milk chocolate
120g butter
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
120g caster sugar
100g flour
- Melt chocolate and butter together over a bain marie or in a microwave
- Combine the sugar and eggs together, but do not over mix
- Pour the chocolate and butter mixture in the eggs
- Add the flour and combine all the ingredients in a batter
- Pour the batter in pre buttered moulds, then add one spoon of lotus biscoff and cover with more molten lava mixture
- Bake in the oven at 180 C for 10-15 mins depending on your oven or until the top is set, for me the sweet spot is 12 mins
- Enjoy with ice cream or whipped cream.
