It is a really good show though. It's basically where they have to guess which famous person Sue is talking about by the clues given about them, with each episode a different name, like about famous Johns, or Charlies in this episode. But I too am here for James :)
@Topcat 1004 I've heard him do a better one before..I think. On Josh's show? But nevertheless, the smooth moves before and after his impression were marvelous.
Only Josh Widdecombe would just take the wheels off a joke like that as soon as its said. I face palmed. Its like if someone said, "a guy walks into a bar carrying a duck. The duck says...", and then you said, "but ducks can't talk"... yeah, missed the point a bit there
James' cousin actually loved it that Richard told his jokes and now every time they see each other he'll climb on tall objects and ask James if he's as tall as Richard now.
@@skaritun32 He said that on an episode of Off Menu, which is a podcast about food that he hosts with Ed Gamble. I can't remember which episode it was. It's a great podcast, really funny. Even if you're not that into food I'd give it a listen.
This helped me realise something. My favourite comedians are particularly those who crack up other comedians, and James is a fantastic example of that.

This clip helped me realize that I don't care for Rob Beckett. Richard Osman is genuinely clever & funny. I've never laughed at any joke attempted by Rob Beckett. I have only ever laughed at jokes made at his expense.
I have no idea what this show is about, what is happening or how they play, i’m just here for James Acaster
this is my exact emotion when watching any video james is in
Yep same here.
Yeah, there's so many British "game shows" like this where it seems that it's just an excuse to all get together and tell jokes.
before I started this video I literally thought it was just a compilation of james on different shows. Like, insert name of show here
It is a really good show though. It's basically where they have to guess which famous person Sue is talking about by the clues given about them, with each episode a different name, like about famous Johns, or Charlies in this episode. But I too am here for James :)
I love how Richard found perfect opportunities to hijack both of the jokes James promised would be coming. Really took the piss the second time.
James' reaction to missing the "hot chocolate rice" joke is priceless
It would have been funnier if he asked them to rewind the scene.
@Aoife Is here watch the video again- rewind it 😄

James Acaster is always the funniest person on whatever show he is on
He was good but he didn't outdo Richard.
Clearly, you've never seen Mick, James' worst enemy.
The subtle face distortion when he gets caught in a lie was a nice touch haha
I had no idea UK tv had so many game shows until I discovered James Acaster

Josh: 🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😆😆😆☠️
