There's no perfect places because there are no perfect people.
I disagree 😂😂😂
Perhaps the perfect place is absent of people?
The philosopher Hegel said something like that too. In his day, some believed that there was once a perfect, superior race and that all modern religions are derived from the religion of this perfect, mysterious race. (Think Battlestar Galactica.) In context Hegel wasn't denying the Garden of Eden, but rather those quasi-Atlantis ideas of a perfect community of people from which we have supposedly degenerated.
For sure, but Russia is disproportionally terrible. If they can ever find a decent government there’s hope.

Saint Petersburg looks so beautiful, friends that have been there tell me it's a beauty. About the US , it's true , things are worse now, it depends where you'll stay, but yep sadly things are not that great.
Lived in Ireland England France and the US, No way would i want to move there permanently currently working for a French company and Southern France seems just about perfect, Hope it works out for you 😎
Natasha should found a family there, because she likes subtropical weather
Would only live in the countries in Europe that wont let the crazies in. France and England are a dumpster fire. The non liberal states in America are awesome.
Southern Europe is moving towards summer temperatures of 40 to 50 Celcius so moving north in the summer months is very appealing.

There are so many different places to stay that can give you such a different experience. So aside from not being able to get specifically back home I think you will find plenty of variety.

America is a turd-world chit-hole now, many cities have human feces on the streets, zombie-like people whacked on dope, and chicks with penises that can get pregnant. Yeah, what a country! I went back to visit family last year for the first time in 10 years, and I couldn't believe how poor and depressing most areas looked, it was a shock.
Florida is awesome, I moved here in 2018 and haven't looked back since. There's also a really large population of Russians where I live in Florida and they're all amazing people.
A little wet right now !
It is a well-known area for Russians 😂😂😂 especially Russian girls and dancing clubs 😂😂😂
This is true!! The media only mentions Colombian drug dealers and Argentinian tango dancers when they mention Miami but there is a large Russian community. And yes they are swell people.
But annual hurricanes... probably not always good. Plus book bans and such.

Hi Svetl Nice video
Greethings from México.
Svetlana I wish you and your fiance the very best in living in the States. This American man met my wife while going to sea on American ships in Novorossiysk in 1977. We got married in Leningrad two years later. We then settled in Oregon for 13 years before moving to Alaska in 1994. It was an adjustment, especially at first, for my wife, but she just fit right in and it was good for her and for us. She studied to become a beautician and we bought her a beauty shop when we got to Alaska. We were not blessed with children, but we had a few much loved dogs, like she used to have in Russia. We had been married 36 years when, 8 years ago, my sweet wife passed away. I was very very lucky to have had her all those years, so that tempers my sadness somewhat. My wife loved it here, but she also still loved Russia and had many other Russians among her friends here. It worked for her and for us and I hope that it works for you too. Take care and good luck.

How about food, medical, and housing cost?
The issue of inflation and expenses is a worldwide phenomenon, not just American.
Comparatively, Russian goods and lodging have risen similarily percentage wise. But remember, a wage in Russia is typically far much less than in the West. Comparing the two is not reasonable if you are a Westerner moving to Russia, with a big bank account or a fat pension. I have lived in Russia on my Canadian pension. Yes, it's fantastic, but not a reality for most Russians.
One thing to keep in mind, when it comes to Russian housing... After the collapse of the CCCP, citizens were given the title to their formerly communal housing for Free, from the government.
This gave Russians a certain degree of disposable income, for other materialistic things.
The legal Russian population has been 100% stagnent for over 30 years, due to immigration to the West and one child families families. Perhaps the expense of living in the West will help increase the population 🤷🏼♂️
This is a good response to the narrow comment you're replying to. So true and thank you. People let media and propaganda determine their quality of life. Make good decisions, educate yourself, and base things on facts and not fiction.
@Workingforthealiens Donald Trump has told more lies than all the politicians combined.
@@DAVEVIKASARATOV But so much of the economy is based on the dollar being the reserve currency but the Petro-dollar is now dead so the $200,000,000,000,000 in unfunded liabilities means the country is bankrupt and the world is leaving it. When credit was easy people amassed great debt personally and collectively but now the world will not longer need to back up the US spending. Banks are closing and soon the entire credit system will stop due to the 50 years of free ride using the military to keep the dollar dominate but other countries do not need to support the dollar after last week end of the Petro-dollar. That is the biggest news in 50 years yet is hardly reported in the US, surely to prevent panic.

Weaken NATO - Failed. NATO is stronger an larger now with Finland an Sweden joining. Not only that but almost every NATO country has raised their military spending. The shared Russia/NATO border has now doubled in size.

Being an American, America hasn't changed other than politics.
Yeah! - and that's enough to make it no longer worth visiting anymore!. I was there Dec-2010>Jan-2011 + September 2011 + June-July 2013 + December-2014-Jan-15 + December-15-Jan-2016 + November 2017 + June-2018-July-2018 + October 2018 and finally September 2019. I've hired numerous rental cars and driven across Nevada, California, Utah, New Mexico, Arizona, Montana, Florida.
So, I would say as a Limey that I've seen more of America than most Americans have!. But since you voted for Bidet the place has become a cr@phole. Bidet has done 250 years worth of damage to America in less than 4 years. He has transformed America from the greatest country on earth to the greatest laughing stock on earth. I cannot believe that I actually wanted to live there, i'm ashamed and embarrassed to even admit it but right now, I'd rather live in the Arctic circle than the USA. Hell, I'd rather chance my arm living on the planet Mars than the USA right now!.
What I have learned since 2020 is that people need a "belief system", they need a religion to teach them the difference between right and wrong. Americans have distorted that which they call "Christianity" to fit their sadistic desires for sodomy and perversion. Essentially what is being done in America right now, with the rainbow cr@p, is not done in Jehovah's name, but in Satan's.
Honestly, right now I'd rather live on the Gaza strip than in America. Thing is, I don't even think Trump could undo the damage if he manages to escape political persecution by ending up in jail.
Anybody who disagrees with this, well they can do what they love to do to anyone who disagree's with them - cancel them!........right back at ya!......you can go bollox, the lot of ya!

The country has many problems right now but it still has a lot of nice people and cool places to visit so you will find yourself some destinations to travel in the coming years for sure. it depends where city you going most of the big cities have some big problems like drugs homelessness immigration inflation etc etc.

@@americanfreedomworldpeace yes, some people left because they wanted to, therefore nobody was forced to join army. What they did was to offer money as all countries. Not like Ukraine which forced people to join
Svetlana , unsure where you got your information from that you cant leave the US for a couple of years once your arrive on a fiancé visa . You have 3 months to first get married.. if you do not get married in 3 months, then by law you need to return to Russia. Once you get your temporary green card which can take about 6 to 12 months or so . Once you have a US green card, you are free to travel back to Russia if you like.. Of course once you travel back , you will be now looked at more closely by Russian immigration officials since the US and Russia are at odds now..
I was also married to a Svetlana who came from Russia and she learned that she will need to work and get a job.. Of course her way of thinking about how she thought life would be like here and reality are totally different.. So Svetlana,, dont want to sound to harsh.. but you will need to actually work here and get a job.. not sure you know what it is to work since all you do is travel and never work .. if your future husband is going to pay your way the whole time, he will eventually tire of this. Dont want to sound harsh to you but this is reality.. I thought my Russian wife would actually work with me as a married couple but of course she only cared how she wanted things done.. a recipe for disaster

I can not attest that this is still true, but it used to be that the US had a form that people in the midst of green card processing could get called an "Advance Parole". I'll be getting a laptop in a few days.
In about 1 month or so I'll maybe start doing videos to practice speaking Russian.
Any suggestions?
I have no clue what I'm doing.

What part of the country
If you are going to the State's, I strongly recommend you avoid the usual destinations like New York and Chicago and LA. If you must go to California, San Diego is nice (but expensive). Places I do recommend are Florida, Texas, Utah, South Carolina. If you don't mind cold winters, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Colorado, Idaho, Wyoming and Montana.
Safe Red Republican States .👍🏻
Good advise and nice places you've recommended, but let's not forget Alaska. My Russian wife loved it here. The legacy of Alaska'a "Russian era" lingers here in many ways, not the least of the many Russian names on our maps and places, but it goes deeper than that. I imagine that the biggest determining factor will be her husband's profession and work, not to mention the love of his family for her and their desire to have their new daughter close at hand..
@@markpatterson5250 Yes, I forgot about the Russian Alaskans. Thanks for mentioning that.
Seems like you are recommending places based on your political leanings. She should decide on her own which place is best for her, depending on what she's looking for. By the way, California has rural America inside it as well, it is a huge state.
I really don't know who's telling you that it's changed so much. It really hasn't. And I think you will find that whoever is telling you this negativity is Really wrong it all depends. on where you live. It's just like any other country has some bad areas and good areas Some beauty and some that you would really love.
Yes it has either you're not paying attention or you enjoy extreme denial
@@DaveBoswell-lz3kc if you're talking about politics and stupid Biden and the cost of living and the expenses of everything that has changed . There is no denile . And you can't compare Russia to the United States for any part of Europe they're all different and they all take care of their people differently than they do here in the United States
Best wishes and good luck to you. If it doesn’t work At least you say “ I tried”. I am 100% you will comeback sooner or later . I live across the Black Sea and Russia if the future .
Are you able to see the war ships when they explode in the Black Sea? What does it look like? Fireballs?
Nice to see people still living the highlife in Russia whilst Russians from the far eastern provinces continue to be sent to the frontline to their certain end.
I think you're correct, she will go back. Many expats return home after living abroad. Just being able to speak one's native tongue is a big reason. For Svet, her family is from Siberia.
How many rubles does a dollar cost now?
You’ll love living in the US again, no worries.
Lots of amazing places to visit and explore, just like Russia.
Arizona is my happy place!
Are you kidding😂😂😂😂 US is crumbling and turning into a third world sh!thole.
If I was your fiance I'd move to Russia. So much culture, incredible landscape, great people.
If your fiance really loves you he needs to do his reasearch and realize that having a lower paying remote job is far superior to a higher paying job where he's stuck in the states. Even if you don't want to live in Russia you've been to the Philiipinies and you know that it's an amazing and wonderful coutnry where you could also live very well.
I have followed you for a long time and I am happy for you coming to the States. U.S. is still a great place to live as long as you are not in a big city. Florida is wonderful anywhere. I wish you the best of luck and may your dreams come true. Hope you do more videos in the USA. Stay well and happy.
Moved to USA in 2022…honestly if I had to stay rest of my life without leaving its very dooable…USA has everything from Hawaii to Florida…PNW to Maine…so much to do and see…its huge….also dont belive the haters…I lived in 4 countries in Europe and Canada and US has problems but is still no1 quality of life in the world.
That’s why it’s ranked lower than every country in Europe on the happiness index score
@@harry8201 If you look up best cities in the world to live you will find Vancouver BC...lived there...no detached homes under 1 mil' crazy expenses for gas food etc...nobody can afford to buy a property except foreign investors and the life quality is way lower then where I am now in USA...so much for statistics and quality of life contests...but yeah you go live in Europe and see how the local population will embrace you as an immigrant...in europe locals get good jobs first...not in usa.
Nah Europe is better ,I hate cars@@markosilhard2326
Russia is having a good summer so far, unlike western Europe. Personally I don't like the US (or Anglo Saxon countries generally) but it's good you're moving for love and not because you dislike Russia. Perhaps you and your soon-to-be husband may live in Russia one day 😁
You really think they will come back?:-)

@@stanspb763 So you're saying Americans won't be able to afford living in America now? I mean...sure, the financial conditions are rough everywhere in the world but...:-)
The Anglo-Saxon ethnicity died out a thousand years ago. Just like there are no more Visigoths, Ostragoths, Lombards, Wends, Vandals or Carthaginians, etc.
@@jeffbreezee Exactly. Who talks like that? Sounds like crazy people.
Always happy to see this beautiful and elegant Russian lady! 🙂
The USA is huge and very diverse from state to state, so take the 2 years as an opportunity to travel within it. Wish you could come to Canada maybe, I know Russians normally need a visa but I'm not sure how it works for Green Card applicants. Hey if it gets too long I will go visit you LOL ❤Is your fiance Russian or American? We want to know more about him!!
That's some creepy stuff you're asking her. Chill.
You can walk over the border into Canada 😂😂😂😂😂😂..I have done it a long time ago fishing and hunting ..
This isn't the 1800s anymore. I don't get the appeal of wanting to move to America. We're now a dystopia society.
When are you leaving?
Lol, America is fine, leave if you don’t like it.
@@JRBOY1717 When I'm fluent enough to hold a conversation in Russian. Hopefully early next year.
@@homelessjesse9453you are correct the monolith which was the US OF A is no more what it used to be it has the potential but doesn’t choose to it instead chooses to destroy itself within
Americans are spoiled, we have it good but we think we have it bad. Despite all the problems, it doesn't compare to most other countries right now. That's why everybody wants to move to the US. The US is a dystopia because of capitalism and corruption in politics, but still not as bad as other countries with more corruption. At least we have some checks and balances in place to prevent a dictatorship (hopefully it doesn't happen in the coming years, Trump said he will be dictator on day 1).
😊❤️🌟Thanks for shining 👍America is a joyful place to live👍
I do hope that you UA-cam your wedding it would do the heart good to witness a royal wedding. Good push Svetlana

I have the opposite problem.
I've been applying for jobs to emigrate to Russia for the last 5 years.
Everyone asks me why.
My answer is simple:
Quality of life.
fun fact, I don't drink alcohol.
Way better places to move to . USA is imploding.
It's like a time bomb.. in here
I wish you all the luck in the world ❤ I hope America is fun and happy for you.
Welcome to the USA 🎉. It’s a beautiful country. True a lot changed over the years some things are actually better now. Permanent Residency is hard to get so yeah better plan for more time needed.
I can't blame you. If I were living in Russia (thank God I'm not) I would also wanted to leave. I'm not living in the USA either but the last year I visited Colorado and it was a perfect trip:-)
