Nice video. The ski trail is definitely the way to go if you want to go to Fish pond. Also the river there is paddle able to Ocre. Several down trees and beaver dams though. We subed ya.

Quick question; how much/what percentage of those portages do you think could be handled with a folding 2-wheel cart vice carrying like you did? Thanks! Sean
It's called the "Adirondack Paddlers Map". There is a northern and a southern map. You would want the northern map if you were looking for the St. Regis Canoe Area.

The first portage from Little Clear Pond to St. Regis Pond is easily cartable. The portages beyond that unfortunatly need to be carried.

Black flies vary each year. May-June is usually the time to prepare for.
