could u pls link in the description where did u download this Blueprint? And one more question: is there any tutorial how to add references correctly? I mean some way to just click 1,3,7 on the numpad and get correct view on a blueprint:)
if you google "citroen 2cv blueprint" you will get a lot of results. And you can drag&drop them in blender and rotate how you need :)
How did you do the reflections in the windows? did you used an HDR image for the world?
No, just area lights around

Yes, and just rotate them and align in place

Yes, you can export STL files from Blender
