I hope it all holds. Wood is not the best in wet conditions and you didn't prime or seal anything. Pour looks great and I really love the blue. Beaches next? 😉 TFS 💖🎈
HandiCraftress Thank you❣️ Yes I used a woodprimer before I poured. The music is just a standard music I could choose in my editing program 😊 No artist name 😬
Love this❣️ I have several slabs from my property and I really want to pour on them. Other than letting them season and dry, did you do anything to prep or seal the wood in any way?
In the paintcups are a couple of siliconedrops, except in the white paint. When I pour the paint on to the wood I go over it with a little crèmebrulee torch ( blowtorch ) to activate the cells.
Hi, this one took 4 or 5 day to dry, it depends on how thick of a layer paint you have. But I recomend that you varnish after 2 weeks so its completly dry.
Why didn't you show the end result? Did it seep into the wood badly? Does the wood need to be treated first? O have two slices of beautiful wood, but am thinking resin pour might be better
I’ve been afraid of ruining a beautiful piece of wood..but now I think it’s ok❣️yours is really nice❣️thank you
Josie Capps Thank you❣️ I bought this one in the sale 😊😬 otherwise it was to expensive to just try it out hahahaha I was afraid to mess it up too 😅
Beautiful!😍I also love your color choice. Blue is always best💙
Saskia Smit Thanks ❤️

Angie’sartstudio 2018 Thank you❣️
It definitely needed to be finished. I don't like that it was only half done. OCD triggered. 😂 Beautiful colors otherwise and beautiful cells. ❤
🤣 hahaha, I'm sorry! I can understand how you feel 😜 Thank you for watching ❣️
It’s so pretty but why only 1/2 way? I was waiting for it to be finished! Beautiful colours
redmustang1956 Thank you❣️ I wanted to create a beach scene 😊 The wood being the sand 😄 With water flowing onto the beach.
GOOD WORK
Thank you❣
Nice!
Thank you ❣
This is gorgeous. How do you water proof the final product?
Thank you❣ I used a clear gloss varnish to seal it.
Beautiful! Just beautiful! This music goes perfectly with your video - what is it?

Im looking to do pours on plywood, how does this look long term? Did you prep the wood?
Hi Sarah, Yes i primed the wood with a clear woodprimer from the hardwearstore and finished it after drying with a clear coat of varnish.
Can I do this on wood slices small for coasters
Hi Nadia, yes you can. Just make sure you first seal the wood with a clear woodprimer, otherwise it wil soak up all your paint. 😊 Good luck!
How long does it take inside to dry and to put varnish on ?
Hi, this one took 4 or 5 day to dry, it depends on how thick of a layer paint you have. But I recomend that you varnish after 2 weeks so its completly dry.
@@MadeForYouArt ahh okay thanks :) ! do you think you can also use it without varnish or is it really needed for a wooden coffeetable?
@@miket1591 Yes For a wooden coffeetable I would use a clear varnish to protect the paint.
Is resin mixed in with the paint?
Hi, no the wood had a clear woodprimer and the paint is acrylpaint with oildrops
Why didn't you show the end result? Did it seep into the wood badly? Does the wood need to be treated first? O have two slices of beautiful wood, but am thinking resin pour might be better
Hi, I used a clear woodprimer first, so the paint did not seep in the wood to much..just a little. And after it dried i varnished it.
Hi! Did you prep the wood with anything before start pouring ?
ishak hanaiaR Hi yes😃 I used a clear woodprimer 😊
what do you spray on the paint?
Hi, i did not spray anything on the paint. I used a crème brulee torch to pop the bubbles and to activate the cells. 😊
