Man the last two have me undecided on what I want to do next. I loved them both. This is going to be a gift for my older sister. I want it to be special. She has been hinting round that she loves my art work and her favorite colors. lol...
@@SaskiaFluidArtForAll Yes. It's hard to let them go. I think we should interview the person who will be adopting our babies. Lol... See if they are fit parents. I always want to keep them all for myself. I told myself that this painting is not for myself. No matter how nice it look's. Segregate mother for my sister's new baby. I still need to put the paper on back and a hanger. To be honest and serious. I have made several that I think she may like. I'm kind of in a pickle as to which on to give her. I may need to wait and just let her pick the one she wants. Now I'll watch the video again. That was a month ago. I just got my painting supplies restocked today. Our Governor is starting to let some people go back to work. I'm so glad. Noe I can get supplies when I need them. I was down to , brown, grey, green, and matte white. So today is like Christmas.
THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! I TRULY ADORE YOUR AMAZING ART, I THANK YOU & ROB FOR BEING IN MY LIFE & SHARING YOUR WISDOM WITH THE WORLD! I SEND YALL POSSITIVE BLESSINGS, IN MANY WAYS.
Everyone says such nice things. I guess I should sign up for making videos. I would call it, " How to destroy a pour painting. Last night I decided I didn't like my Universe painting, and wanted my planets for it to make another painting.I just made that painting last night. Planets were made with skins. They looked real nice. The galaxy stars didn't suit me. I never glued them down. I just laid them on top, and they all stuck. to my canvas. When I went to get them off of the pour, they were stuck on the canvas. Like they melted to the surface. I tried to pick them back off ever so gently, but instead it pulled the canvas strings. Pulled so bad that it was ruined. I took an exacto knife and cut my planets out. Lol....The canvas now has 8 big holes cut out. I wasted a good canvas. I need to make videos on how not to pour paint. People can pay me to wreck their ring pours for them. LMAO...
You make it look so easy, Saskia! My jaw dropped in surprise nearly every time😊 I can't wait to watch all the full tutorials! Thank you! Hope you and Rob are safe and well❤
OMG! Thank you for this compilation of Pour Paint Techniques in one spot... I have been doing fluid art for 3 years now, started as a hobby to relax from work and now I have so many paintings (a lot of bad ones through the years) but I've been doing good with selling the good ones at Art Fairs before COVID. Now I can go back and repaint with some of the techniques I forgot about, to see what I can make pretty again. :) Thank you, Thank you for the quick reminders! Love your work! :)
Saskia, such a WONDERFUL video, you got me excited again about some paint pouring techniques that I have not used in quite some time - I have been doing 'blooms' as well as alcohol inks and resin for several months! Thanks again for posting, I will look at the longer videos of the ones that I really loved!
