Yoshis island (gba) was my first game i ever got. Me and my mom would take turns playing it together, it holds such a dear place in my heart
I had the original on SNES. I would talk about it with my mom a lot. I don't think she really gave a stuff about it but she knew I liked it and indulged me. I never would stop talking about Mario as a little kid, but she knew Yoshi's Island was something special to me.
That is so special 🥹 - yoshis island was the one good memory I got to have with my mother ♥️⭐️ It was on the SNES, that I watchded her play, hearing the trumpets that dawn the final battle. Amazing ❤ I remember I was 3 or 4 and hearing the music even then was phenomenal. I am always awestruck.

Amazing my favorites are Flower Garden, Baby Bowser, Underground, and Luigi rescued and I'm pretty sure you mean 11:04 for baby bowser

Finally. Every year or so for the past 15 years I've searched youtube for "yoshis island ending theme orchestra" and I'm always disappointed. Until now :) Very well done with the whole suite.

@@tannereustace I appreciate it. Honestly, though, I’m at World 6 and not one moment has made me upset. I was in utter agony throughout games like Super Mario Sunshine, but not this one. I guess games with good mechanics and appealing art styles just help keep me calm... that, and the fact that very few Mario games even come close to being as hard as Sunshine.
Yoshi’s Island DS, though, is infinitely harder. I love it almost as much as the OG Yoshi’s Island, but don’t try to 100% it unless, like me... you’re nostalgic and are a sucker for games like it.

I can't believe this premiered on my birthday 2 years ago. This is awesome and beautiful. Too Bad that the Bonus Challenge theme isn't in this. But I love this Symphonic Suite and this is the best birthday gift i have ever gotten I just wish I have seen this sooner. Yoshi's Island is a masterpiece and the GOAT and my favorite SNES game.

This was so amazing and beautiful! I shed some tears honestly. Yoshi Island already had a few tracks simulating orchestra, especially the strings and it made it so fitting to hear it like this!

I had the ending melody in my mind, and couldn’t figure out where this was from. That’s until I remember flying albatros and then the ending of Yoshi’s Island. I had to search for it on YT and felt on your orchestrated medley. Bravo.
