I wish I watched this video before trying to install my floats today! Way to hard to push in those floats. One of the planes plastic red connectors that’s glued to the bottom inside of the fuselage came loose and the other side next to the two holes in in the fuselage bottom started cracking the foam. I gave up for now. Don’t want to cause anymore damage to my otter. I wish they used stronger foam for the UMX lineup…

Landing on snow looks tricky! It looks like it'd be hard to determine where the actual surface is because of the lack of dimension.
