I wish the controller profiles were more easily shared for using the wiimoye on Ps2 emulation. Either way we have to set it up, so I guess the emulators get better over time and we just save profiles. I think I just answered my own question. Thanks for sharing such a great list.
Totally agree here, it’s perfect for the Wii and super easy to setup, but would love some sort of universal mapping that made things easier with PCSX2, m2emu, MAME etc.
The Wii sensor bar actually just contains 2 IR "dots" (one large and one smaller) and the wiimote camera expects to see 2 dots. Adding 2 extra dots will confuse the hell out of it. There are however wider sensonsbars on the market to replace your existing one... Even 2 lit candles will work ;-)
It’s certainly not ideal, but for me, I would spend ages setting up Sinden light guns for an occasional fix. It wasn’t worth how much I was playing. Yes it isn’t perfect, but for a quick arcade blast it’s great.
The Wii was a fantastic system for that genre! Ghost Squad and Umbrella Chronicles being my absolute favorites out of this list.
Thanks for the comment, agree I don’t think many systems could make a top 10 list, certainly not one where they were all good.
Excellent choice for no 1. Dead Space Extraction. What a game, one of my most amazing experiences jamming on the Nintendo Wii
Yes fantastic game! One of the best lightgun shooters of all time INO
I miss light gun games. I used to have one on my ZX Spectrum for Operation Wolf. It’s a shame they’re unlikely to make a comeback
100% agree. They still have arcade games being created but none are anything like the classics.
The conduit was a great game too
I have never actually tried this. Which being a SEGA fan I really should. I got it from CEX a couple of years ago for £1

Does anyone know if you can multiple censor bars and tape the leds in the center so that the censorbar is bigger / wider ?
I don’t think you can to the best of my knowledge but I’m not 100%. Maybe someone else can comment?

Had no idea this was even a thing, is it possible to get it working with emulated PS1/PS2 lightgun games too? Like Time crises 3 etc.
Thanks for the comment. Yes, I focused on the Wii and the dolphin emulators but this can be setup in Duckstation and PCSX2
Great vid
Thanks, appreciate the comment
It's kind of ass, isn't it? You're aiming relative to the light bar instead of the screen.
