    So nice that you stated what you liked at the begining. Actually caused me to not fast forward, and listen to the whole thing.

    I was hoping this would be a comparison of the features on each platform.

    Very informative. Thank you. Did not know these services were available. Looks like the handle much of the headache that comes with managing rental property.

      Ya it makes it super easy, all I have to do is make rental posts and delegate maintenance requests.

    TenantCloud has property management option where RentRedi doesn’t. I’m fed up with TenantCloud, so I thought RentRedi is the solution, but nope, back on the search to find a better replacement.

    Do you still use RentRedi in 2024? I also started using TenantCloud in 2021 but am hesitant to switch due to familiarity and current tenants under TenantCloud

    Hey Dan have you had Rent Redi handle any maintenance requests and outcome? would be a good topic to do a video on.

    Which app, RentRedi or RentRedi Owner. There are two apps? RentRedi Owner doesn’t get good reviews. Have you tried both?

    I’m thinking of using this software but I’d like to know if you’re using QuickBooks or something like that for expense tracking along with this software

      I just use a spread sheet right now, and Turbo tax to do my taxes. I just track everything off of my bank statements, and cash accounting. You may be able to connect rent redi to quick books. I'm sure if they don't have native integration you can use zapier.

    Tenant cloud is the WORST NIGHTMARE OF SOFTWARE that I have ever had the pain to have to deal with. Very complicated and they wanted a photo of me. WHY do you need a photo of your tenants? I never saw anything like it.

    Do you have to create tenant landlord accounts manually for security deposits or does rent redi work with an institution in your state to automatically create security deposit accounts?

    • @DanKohan
      @DanKohan  2 роки тому

      You just collect deposits and have an account they go into, you may be able to have multiple accounts, i just keep track of it in my books
