Hey, great job guys! I've been struggling with hiring for two different companies and that transitional stage. It was really nice to hear similar struggles discussed so I'm not feeling so alone with how bad I feel like I am at this stage of the process! Thank You guys! -Dan Maegli (Dan Ko)
This is how an automated system works. Cool apps and tools that help landlords manage rental properties easily. And developing his own app for the same purpose is cooler! Fantastic chat, guys!
I'm looking for a book and/or something or somewhere that I can learn more about becoming a short term property manager for other owners. Where can I look? What's available? Thanks
Definitely! You can still use RentRedi and just add your property manager as a teammate. Once added as a teammate they will then have full access to the software and continue to manage your properties if you choose, and you as the property owner can see what’s going on within your properties.
Great video! Love the content at bigger pockets! I did have a question. I am in the early stages of changing careers into teaching from sales in the hopes of finding a bigger meaning in life. With that being said I also want to simultaneously start building wealth via property investments. I won’t be making much more than $50,000 as a teacher but I enjoy the work. First question will I make enough to make this property investment journey a reality. Secondly how much time on average per week will I have to put into this real estate journey. I also know very little about handy man skills ect. Lastly I fully plan to house back but don’t have much capital saved up, I think within the next year I can save up possibly $10,000, how much will I need saved up in say an emergency fund on top of the 3.5 percent down payment before I can safely purchase either a single family home to house hack or ideally a duplex. I’m 24 and hope to live off a teacher salary and build a fair amount of wealth via real rate to feel free down the line. Not looking to get rich quick or get obsurfly rich I simply want to feel free one day. Say I’m the ballpark of 10 to 15 million dollar net worth by the time I’m 65 if at all possible. To wrap up my ramblings I’m primarily wondering how much work/beaches I will have to deal with each week while I also work full time as a teacher and hopefully as a father one day! Thank you for your time and help guiding me towards any and all useful material that can provide further insight into this question!
I called RentRedi yesterday, Friday, 3 times and no answer. No return call. Bad sign.
The addition of RentRedi is huge for Bigger Pockets pro incentives!
I'm so happy about this addition!! Never been happier to be a pro member WHOOT WHOOT!! 🎉🎉 David - It's simpLY amazing haha

I'm in Nigeria and i would love to get the link to download the rent redi app. Or where can i download it from?
5 stars for BP education
Why does it have low reviews..? Low rating from people that have used it..?
Yeah I just saw that
I have a mixed portfolio, will it also work with self storage?
I love how David is referencing a lot of the ideas from authors and experts they have had on the podcast.
Does this mangement program work for Canada?
Useful
Rent Redi vs Turbo Tenant?

Thanks
Will rent redi make property management companies obsolete?
Would the RentRedi tool be useful even if I use a property manager?
Definitely! You can still use RentRedi and just add your property manager as a teammate. Once added as a teammate they will then have full access to the software and continue to manage your properties if you choose, and you as the property owner can see what’s going on within your properties.
Reviews on reddit are poor... do you have any free trials to get me onboard?

Please dont talk about your health conditions on your podcast. It's not relevant and can be done on another "update video"
Daniel get that negativity outta here
