Toilet Siamp Inlet Valve Problem Fixed. Toilet runs intermittently every 15 minutes fixed.
Toilet runs every 15 minutes, toilet ghost flush.
Toilet inlet runs intermittently every 10-15 minutes and toilet makes noise randomly, the toilet random noises problem.
Possible causes are: the toilet is leaking water and refills every 15 minutes.
If there is no leak, the toilet water inlet may be damaged and need to be replaced or fixed / adjusted.

I replaced the 2 rubber washers on mine a few months ago. The top washer was ok but I replaced it anyway, the bottom washer had disintegrated terribly. They have a limited life even if not used. You can research online the replacement kit number or just pull it apart and take the old one to the hardware to get something the same size. Some cisterns have UA-cam videos on how to replace it.
Sometimes though it can just be some mould stuff in between the bottom washer and the cistern body. Flushing out the cistern can solve that.

I replaced the bottom washer some time abo but didn't look for the top one. Will get that replaced too if it does it again. So far it's ok for a week.

@@IONHowTo I would suggest replacing the top one sooner than later. Very easy once you get a replacement the correct size. A good hardware store has many different sizes in stock because it’s a common problem, and can be done by the home owner if they can work out how to pull things apart. UA-cam can help.
