Siliwangi - Rarity Is A Strength

The Siliwangi is one of the rarest ships in high tier, for a good reason, on paper the HE DPM is depressing and nothing about the ship really stands out. However Pan Asian smokes combined with a Lo Yang hydro gives it some surprising flexibility, even if the damage output can be frustrating.
