I was told i had a Dakar allocation by a dealer in the DFW area only to be called back an hour later to tell me no, they were mistaken. I am someone who was going to buy and drive it for 18 months or so, not a flipper. This dealer likes flippers though. I was pretty sad given how i would have used the car.

I ordered the pdls+ from China. Direct plug and play. However the build quality is shocking. The plastic welds on the rear look like they will fall apart over time. I’ve decided not to install them on my 4rs 🤦‍♂️. Im sure you are getting yours from the same seller. Word of caution. Anyway see what you think of them for yourself.

Weissach stitched into comfort seats just feels like an oxymoron. Maybe it was an availability thing or they just like the look of the Pack, but hey, to each their own!🤷🏽‍♂️

We'll be back to everything but 992 3RS's, Sport Classics, and ST's trading below MSRP very shortly. I'm a huge fan of all safari 911's however, Dakar's while numbered, are not special and don't belong with those others.
