Understand, but I've since moved out and I am living on my own now. What I essentially meant of living alone, was that I've moved out of home and yeah I'm living alone...
hahaha the only thing my room mate and I share is the rent and utilities. Everything else is paid by me, which is definitely higher than what I was paying at home :)
@@successbysanjna would love to see how you use them.. I tried digital planners like google calendar and some productivity apps but can't seem to stick to them
Hey Sanjna! Love your channel, it’s refreshing to see a channel like yours giving advice, insights and a perspective into the corporate world! I’m currently a Graduate at Salesforce and had quite a bit of a tough week. What were/are some of the ways that you managed set backs and days especially when you were a Grad where you doubted your own self? Much love!
Hi Fauzia! Thanks for the kind words :) I always told myself that these busy weeks were temporary and will pass. I made sure I raised anything that concerned me with my manager or anyone who you could openly talk to about these things. Talking to someone who went through what you're going through will really help! Just remember it isn't the end of the world and everyone most likely would have gone through this at some point too in their life. Wis you all the best! x
Really random question, I was binging your videos as we have similar background (big 4, and Internal Audit/Risk in a bank) and age and I was wondering whether you had any idea about whether I'd realistically have a chance to move to Australia on a work visa as I would really enjoy moving to a warmer climate as I dread winter so freaking much. I know Risk is not the most demanded field, so I was wondering whether realistically I stood a chance
Hi Martina, I definitely think you have a chance. If you are already working at a Big 4, you should be able to move via the mobility schemes. In Australia there is alot of demand for risk roles, especially within the banks, as there has been a huge dissection on the banking industry in terms of risk and compliance. In terms of the weather, it is amazing!!! Definitely would recommend moving.
@@successbysanjna thanks! I already moved into an internal audit role in a bank. They have a corporate audit division in australia as well and I could work there for upto two years. Would it be a problem to secure a work visa after? The only alternative people online are suggesting is to come there for a work & holiday visa but I studied too much for picking up kiwis.
I'm moving to Australia the end of next year so this is really helpful! Can you make a video on how you saved and budgeted for your first home investment?
Great video! Great that You included all your bills and rents - almost everyone skip it in this type of videos 🙈 Also You got me i thought for a second You pay $275 a month and I was in my mind like "Australia I'm comming! 🙋" 😂 But than You said a week 🙈
Hey Sanjna, thanks for the great video! If it's fine I'd like to ask a question regarding the Big 4 recruitment. I'm currently at university. If I apply for a Big4 graduate internship or vacation program (or whatever), would you say that Big4 will prefer candidates with previous accounting internship experience from anywhere else (even a very small accounting proprietary), or prefer candidates with no relevant accounting internship experience? I assume any job experience is advantageous, but not sure if Big4 might want candidates who can start off 'fresh' (i.e. who doesn't have any accounting experience). P.S. Apology if my English didn't make any sense.
Hi Hetersjami, I don't think they would disregard you as a candidate. If you are looking at applying for a graduate position, then I believe this would be regarded highly. I say give it a try and see how you go :) Good luck!
Firstly good videos quite inspirational. I think at your age having settled with a great career n putting out these videos n insta stuff just shows how organised you are and should be an good influence to others. Congrats for achieving what you have achieved n I guess u have a more in store to come, I mean further achievements !!🦚

Living
in a shared apartment with a mate is not really living alone tho :x

@@successbysanjna an updated version would be cool then
Wish there was was clips of the spending, it makes the vids more fun to watch.
I will keep that it mind for next time. Thanks :)
Great video! Just curious why it's titled 'living alone' if you're living with a friend?
Cause she doesnt live with her parents and pays for her living expenses on her own
@@saratytyfrfr but her household expenses will still be less than living 'alone' as she is sharing with a friend

Awesome video Sanjna!! Keep it coming!

Hi! how do you budget for clothes/ beauty products and other one off discretionary purchases? thanks!
That's included in my Misc purchases - they aren't often.
Very interesting video, thanks for sharing. Do you use a physical or digital planner to organize your day?
Thanks Diana! I use a digital planner - google calendar and To-do ist :) these are my life haha
