Artwerk is from the underappreciated and late fellow Fernand Steven, whose stuff was featured on some Made To Measure releases. I wish more of his stuff was available online in higher res but, alas, not as of now.
Well seen for the artwork. 2 "made to measure" releases actually. Here is the story : the cramned boss label (Pascal Hollander) saw at that time in Brussels an exhibition of this painter and choose 2 pictures of him to illustre these records.
