    @SingingBeader : yes I'm pretty sure this one could be used using 4mm beads instead of 2mm beads, you would have to get I think 6 or 8 maybe miyuki size

    This is sooooo QUTE 😍!! You have such skill & talent! I would really like to try this, but I wonder, can I size up the beads to 3mm rounds & 4mm bicones? I can't get hold of 3mm bicones (bcs of shipping tax issues, many companies deliver world wide, with the exeption to my little island!)
    I understand that it will make a bigger component but i don't mind, if you think it will work?
    I have only been beading for a little over a year, so I'm so grateful for you sharing your experience & knowledge!
    Thank YOU soo soo much! From your no1 fan in finland! 🇦🇽🇫🇮❤

    Hi Gianna, I'd like to learn how to make this star but not able to follow it here. I'm too accustomed to your spoken instructions. :-) By any chance, can you please do this design again? I'd appreciate the kindness. Thanks.

    bscoyle, you can do 2 things, hit the pause button or come on over to "b4pbakup" where I do talk, but this star isn't there (yet)

    Where did you find 2mm rounds? The smallest I can find are 3 mm.

    OK This may be a stupid question but as the old saying goes "How can you discover the answer if you don't ask the question ?." so, I'm asking.
    Is it possible to use wire instead of thread to make this star. Or any other thread based project come to that ?.

    Lovely design. Adding some music in the background would enhance your video. Just a suggestion.

    What wire are you using?

    • @Beading4perfectionists
      @Beading4perfectionists  9 років тому

      nylon thread, really thin, the one they use for putting together jeans so you may have to go in to a store that sells fabric to obtain it

      I found this thread at a local quilting shop too. The quilting ladies, they're not nice if you say you use it for something besides quilting though! Don't learn the hard way like me. Just pretend you're buying it for a quiltmaker who can't get around so good. Say you're doing Ms. Erika's shopping. Then they don't ask a lot of questions and they're polite and helpful! ;)
