Great tutorial. Just ordered the supplies for it yesterday, should have them on Tuesday, and can't wait to get started on some for Christmas gifts. Never too early to get started .Thanks for posting such a lovely pendant. I bet it would make great earrings with smaller beads.

I made this one in black, but with a 4mm montee from preciosa (volcano) and 4 mm czech beads. I always had the problem, that bead too tight, came in handy here. I used fireline 0,15 mm and dind't had to go through the seeds sorrounding it in the end, it was all pretty tight. And his a nice curve at the edge of the leaves, thanks to the not so round form of the czech beads, i think.
This is lovely, and your instructions are so clear! I wonder could this be amended to make a shamrock, which has only 3 leaves? Perhaps without the montee, but then I'm not certain it would work out.

I didn't think you would make it all the way without a needle on the Fireline because it is too flimsy. Nice video and you are right it is advanced but I enjoyed watching it anyway.
I'm confused about 6:03. Not sure which seed bead you're putting it through since you moved it ever so slightly. are you going into the seed bead above where you were just at? Thank you.
I use miyuki so if you use miyuki it should look exactly the same unless of course anywhere in the pattern you are not using something I used like for instance the thread? Or the 6mm swarovski's round?

Yup the uneven sized check beads I agree :-)
they are called montees Heather, you will be able to find them on ebay :-)
