In this video, I compare the lineup of micro welders in the permanent jewellery industry, made by Sunstone Engineering in Utah, USA.

I just bought the Zapp Plus but I’m unable to make a weld w/o the argon? Am I doing something wrong I tested it on the card provider it works just won’t make a weld

This should be the case. You don't need argon gas to weld. Do you have a jump ring to test with? Have both ends touching. Then try it on higher than the power needed, which can compensate for shaky hands.

If you bought the welder through us, I want you to email me and we can set up video or some way to communicate and I see what you're doing. Otherwise, try the above suggestion. If it doesn't work, simply contact your dealer. They should figure out what you're doing wrong. I am certain there is a very simple fix.
