Here it is, the video everyone knew was coming and anticipated so heavily...its time for me to review the all new 'City Of Bradford' brand and the new Streetdeck buses it has been launched on!! In this video we sample 4 of the new vehicles across 3 bus services, between Bradford and Leeds where these vehicles are predominantly living at the moment. Despite a few teething issues the buses are very nice and mark the start of a new and exciting era for FirstBus in Bradford.

It's about time Huddersfield Had Brand New Buses
Thank you about addressing my concerns about the green grab poles. Makes sense now when buses from Leeds cascades over to Bradford. The livery with the old Bradford Traveller was a poor attempt at the old Bradford Corporation livery. Would have preferred something like the 37732 heritage bus livery with gold lettering. You can hardly see the City of above Bradford on side of bus. Otherwise a great fleet of new buses. Great internal lighting, superb seating even the internal information signage is top quality. I can't last remember when Bradford received a "new" fleet of buses. Well done.
Might ride one of these when I go to Leeds on Friday

I wish they had considered the old Bradford Corporation colours and added the creamy yellow of old. The interior looks rather clinical.

The Wi-Fi on the bus is that good but everything else is nice
Nice video :) Enjoy your chats onboard. I saw some of these the other day when filming a video in Bradford, wasn't even aware of them until that point. Just a shame that the interioirs of most First Buses are very bland and lack character.
Was meant to go on it on the 3rd of March but I missed the train and that was the only available train that I could get!!! So I will have to wait out for another 4 months to go on them now

Down in WoE we've just got our batch of 27 MF22 plate streetdecks, they equally look as smart as bradfords.
Ours are the same spec (micro hybrids) with Lazzerini seating and USB ports, we also have the white displays

I got on a couple. Very similar to Leeds, but the two tone blue looks nicer. Shame the handles are green..

Lovely buses from what I can see, but the poles are not nice
Aye well they've made this style of poles standard now so will be more of them in the future
The livery is also very similar to the Bradford Traveller brand that First introduced in the late 90s. It wouldn't surprise me if First SY use the new x78 livery across all the fleet as that harks back to the mainline era of the 90s....or is that just wishful thinking? 😂
